Important Notes

Casa de Sueños is located in a private, gated community primarily inhabited by full-time residents and families. A very strict noise policy is enforced between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Outdoor noise during these hours is not permitted.

This property is not suitable for parties or large events. It is ideal for groups of adults and families who respect the community rules and neighbors. Guests planning to host large gatherings, parties, or cause excessive noise should consider booking a different property. Violations of the noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
