We just completed a 4 week stay at Casa Svea. This large house is well located close to the beach and restaurants on 5th Avenue. It was excellent for accommodating the many visitors who came. Each had a bedroom and private bathroom. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor is huge with a large private deck. The unlimited delivery of bottled water was especially appreciated. Mercedes & Melina were extremely responsive to any issues and very easy to communicate with.

Perfect place for a family of 6 over an 8 day holiday. Super nice to be able to take a short walk to the beach.

Casa Svea and our host, Mercedes, are a 5 star outfit all around! A++. We loved the house. It was perfect for my husband and me and our 3 adult children. Immaculate! And the rooftop balcony was awesome!! We watched the sunrise and sunset from this balcony and the fireworks on NYE. It was amazing!! We felt completely safe. We walked everywhere. The beach was just around the corner and was gorgeous. Mercedes and her crew were so helpful and always immediately responsive. Just an outstanding AirBNB experience.

We had a great stay at Mercedes’ place. It’s is just as described. Everything was clean, beautiful property, good neighbors, short walk to the mall and the shopping street and a few minute walk to the beach. Easy to watch sunrises. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had a patio door handle falling off and upon contacting Mercedes had someone in less than an hour to come fix it. We highly recommend the place and would like to stay again given the opportunity. Thank you again, Mercedes!

Beautiful house with sea view. Very spacious, it has everything you need and more, a super plus is that it even had chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The pool is small but sufficient, the beach is very close, the place is quiet and nice. Mario received us and was very attentive, likewise Mercedes was always in contact for anything, we will definitely be back soon.

Our friends and us stayed at this beautiful home with all the necessary amenities and more! Clean and super quiet neighborhood. Secure and near the beach. Walking to the city took about 7-8 minutes. We were just 2 couples but this hole can fit so many more! Great location and beautiful view from the roof top. Memories were made here!

We loved Mercedes' house. It was super clean, we were met and welcomed at check in, and the house itself was lovely. The aircon was great and the beds were comfy. The location was quiet and very pretty, with lots of beautiful trees and cute animals around. We did hear the birds in the morning, but they added to the experience. We're a family of five, mom, dad and three teenagers, and we were able to spread out and relax; everybody had their own room/ bathroom. I thoroughly recommend this house to anybody who wants a wonderful holiday in Playa del Carmen.
