Excellent place. My family and I loved it. We are sure we will come back. Excellent service from Manuel and Elkin, who is the on-site collaborator. They are attentive and help resolve issues immediately. The place met and exceeded our expectations. I recommend it for groups of families or friends. It's super comfortable.

I wouldn't stay in this house again. Online it seems to be nice and in a good location, but this is false. 1. The air conditioners do not work 2. Strange people gather next to the house, there is a feeling of insecurity 3. The host wrote to me on my personal number to ask for extra money in addition to the fee paid by the platform 4. The house is dirty I've been staying in Airbnbs all over the world for many years. This is my first time having such a poor experience.

Hi Melissa, we had a great time. There are some things that I think are designed for fewer people or that they don't cook much during the stay. The excellent location The cleaning was very good and the service was spectacular.

Melissa's house was perfect for the group of 8 friends traveling together in Costa Rica The house is very well laid out, on one floor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and nicely decorated. We loved the concept of the house being fully open to the porch area. We could all be together, some in the pool, others chatting, or cooking. We loved it. Melissa and her team were attentive to any needs, the service was premium. I'll save it for a future trip.

The space was wonderful for our larger group of 7 adults and 3 kids, and we had a great stay. There are a bakery and a store next door plus multiple restaurants within a short drive. The beach may be too long or difficult a walk if you have little ones but is not far plus there are a nice restaurant and store right there too. If they are open, there is also a surf school and horseback riding near the house too plus a local brewery. We used What's App anytime we needed help around the house, and they were very responsive. A couple of tips for planning your stay: You will want a capable vehicle. The most direct route will take you on many miles of rough, gravel roads including small river crossings plus a ferry crossing that may not be available. Most of the roads around the house are this same rough, gravel/dirt roads. Understand, it is also possible for water service to go out throughout town. The house has a reserve tank, but a larger group can run through it fairly quick.
