8BR Villa in Oaxaca City

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, responded promptly to every question, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb we have stayed at. It is more beautiful than the photos and we loved the open air concept. We walked to great restaurants, coffee shops, cathedral and shopping. The hosts were accommodating and incredibly responsive!!!

What a wonderful house in Oaxaca Centro! Walkable to so many shops and restaurants. We had a group of 10 people and everyone enjoyed it so much. It was perfect to have a bathroom with every room. Such a great house for a larger group of people. Everything was clean and decorated so nice . The rooftop was amazing!

Our hostess was friendly, helpful and attentive. Kudos to Lorena. Estancia Merced is a gorgeous place, our party of 11 had a wonderful stay.

This is a fantastic Airbnb that's so much better than the pictures! Lorena was a wonderful host, even accommodating an early check in. She cooked us breakfast one morning at a very reasonable price, which was a highlight of our trip! I did wonder about the layout of the place before I arrived. There are 7 rooms upstairs and one downstairs. The rooms are close to each other and still feel very private. There are plenty of places for a group to gather. Truly so wonderful for my group of 12. Would highly recommend!

This was the most beautiful place in Oaxaca! I used this for getting ready for my wedding day and it was stunning, even more beautiful in person than in the photos. They had snacks and some drinks when we arrived which my friends loved and the location was fantastic, easy to walk to Santo Domingo and to everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This is a lovely and well-maintained place, close to the main activities but just removed enough to be quieter and still very easily walkable to the center. They have done an excellent job of maintaining the historical character of the architecture and artistry while making the facilities modern. We had a group of 13 over New Years and really enjoyed the combination of privacy for each bedroom with great common spaces. The rooftop is a gem, and the responsiveness of Lorena and the other property managers is exceptional. Of course, Oaxaca itself is a marvel. We loved staying here!

Lorena, was a very responsive hostess from the beginning to the end. I had so many questions for her and she responded accurately and quickly every time. The place was perfect for hosting my Ember and Earth Travel group. We had access to nearby restaurants and also was able to indulge in her host incredible breakfast to start our day. We felt at home and it allowed flexibility to relax between our very active days!

The house is very beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. We had a large group of friends celebrating a couple of birthdays, including my own. Lorena was very responsive and super helpful. Not only in getting to the home, but also recommending transportation, restaurants, and so forth. She was even willing to go out of her way to purchase passes for us to travel from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido. The home is located in the city center and an easy walk to the historical sites, restaurants, bars etc. Highly recommend this home for any large groups traveling together.
