It was perfect. You can go there without so much as a second thought.

I’ve traveled a lot and have stayed in many Airbnbs but this has to be the absolute best Airbnb EVER!! The host went above and beyond - so thoughtful and ensured that we had everything. She even set up a beautiful gift for me and my guest. The area is amazing - close to everything. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants top notch hosts who make you feel like home. I will be returning!!!

The perfect home base for our family of eight with the best Airbnb and hosts ever! Patty and Mario’s place was beautiful, clean, and convenient. We did not have a rental car during our stay and their place was in a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to Cozumel. Pickups for transfers and tours were able to be scheduled either to the door or mere minutes away. Being in a gated community kept us feeling safe at all times, beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was a welcome refresher at the end of each day. Filtered water jugs were provided throughout our stay and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. Communication was immediate and personal throughout our stay. Mario graciously agreed to prepare dinner for us one evening with Patty as his sous chef and our meal was amazing! We always enjoy getting to know our Airbnb hosts and we left this time feeling like we’d made new friends. Stay here!

Patty and Mario made our stay extremely comfortable. We were going to celebrate my bachelorette party, and the place met all our expectations. The house is beautiful, very well maintained and fulfills everything that is promised. There are no words to describe how comfortable they made us feel. At the beginning, they welcomed us with a gift for the celebration, which made everything very special. What I enjoyed the most was the pool. It is comfortable and you can have a lot of fun with your companions.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Koati. Patty and Mario were attentive throughout the stay. The place is amazing, as are the nature and amenities. We highly recommend Casa Koati and hope to return soon!

Since the reservation was made, the communication and service were extraordinary, always friendly and understanding of one's needs. Patty and Mario are super friendly and very attentive. Excellent experience at Casa Coati! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel super welcome. Honestly, it has been the best welcome we have had since using Airbnb. They were very kind, thoughtful, and friendly, and they took all the time necessary to explain the house to us in great detail, how everything worked, and also to give us information and recommendations about the surrounding area. That kind of service really makes a difference, especially when you arrive at a new place. We felt very comfortable from the moment and we really enjoyed our stay.
