We had an amazing stay at Pablo’s house. It was even more beautiful than the pictures and an unforgettable space. Pablo was super quick at responding to all of our questions. The only issue we had was not getting hot water in the showers, but he sent someone promptly to get it fixed. We felt extremely safe and especially loved the plunge pool and large TV in the living room. If ever back in Tulum I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pablo!

If we could give Pablo and Ivan’s place 6 stars- I we would! Probably one of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at, we didn’t want to leave! The place itself is beautiful. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but in this case, it was exactly how it was in pictures, actually even more magical in person! We loved all details and touches. Everything worked perfectly and had everything we needed. The extremely private rooftop with the plunge pool and outdoor shower were our favorite! A/Cs also cool rooms really quick, we were always comfortable. We enjoyed the huge TV for relaxing at night. Walking around the neighborhood was also lovely- safe and gated! Most importantly, Pablo and Ivan were top-notch hosts. Provided all the info we needed and had ALL the best recommendations for itinerary, activities, eats. Super friendly and professional and quick to respond, like having a friend we never saw. They made sure all our needs were met. You guys are the best! We will be back :)

Great property. The host has a good eye for details. Enjoyed the pool. The host responds quickly and immediately arranged a solution when something was wrong. Great place to stay! Would definitely book again

We had an amazing time staying at Pablo's place. The home is just as described and it truly blew away our expectations. It is beautifully decorated keeping tulum's unique art and style in mind. We were a family of 4 (2 kids) and it worked out perfectly for us. Our favorite part of the home was of course the terrace with the pool . Great for lounging in the day and peaceful to have dinner or a snack in the evenings. Pablo was a great host , we enjoyed his local recommendations for restaurants and places to go to. Eat local !! The food is amazing and fairly priced . There was also a super market around a mile away from the home, if you prefer to cook at home. The home is located in a gated community, away from the main resort areas and has a lot of privacy. We felt extremely safe, and could easily get to places in town via car. I'll definitely want to return. Book away, you won't be disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. It is beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort. And the host's communication and service are really great. Would definitely recommend!

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was one of the biggest highlights—it was in a safe, convenient neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and attractions just a short walk or drive away. It made getting around and exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was organized, and it was clear that the hosts take pride in keeping the space in great condition. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts were outstanding throughout the entire experience. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful from the moment I booked until checkout. They were always available to answer questions and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, attractions, and local tours. Their suggestions helped me discover places I probably would have missed on my own.

We had a really lovely time. Pablo was a wonderfully attentive and considerate host. He provided lots of helpful suggestions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The home itself is just like the pictures, offering a little piece of solitude from the chaos of everyday life. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you again Pablo for providing such a great haven.

We had such a great stay at La Villa Lola! Such a great place to stay in Tulum, nice gated community. We brought our 4 and 6 year olds and the house was perfect! Pablo was super helpful, always responded quickly, and gave great recommendations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was nice and clean! They have everything you need for your stay! The Villa was EVERYTHING! The pictures don’t do this place any justice! We loved the rooftop pool! Sun hits it through out the day. The rooftop area was breathtaking! Pablo was the perfect host! He gave us great information to enjoy Tulum and he responded quickly to our questions! We will definitely be back!
