Descripción general
Casa la Minchita está rodeada de naturaleza, a 700 metros sobre el nivel del mar y a solo 3 kilómetros de Anapoima. Ubicada en uno de los mejores microclimas del mundo, es un lugar ideal para trabajar, hacer ejercicio o simplemente disfrutar de la hermosa vegetación y los árboles frutales que rodean la propiedad.
Más que una casa de campo, es un refugio tranquilo, cómodo y fresco para grupos de 1 a 20 huéspedes. Se aceptan niños de 2 años en adelante.
El espacio
Toda la propiedad está reservada exclusivamente para usted y su grupo, y todas las áreas son privadas.
El primer piso cuenta con cuatro habitaciones con capacidad para hasta 16 huéspedes. Cada habitación incluye:
- Dos camas dobles
- Un baño privado
- Un ventilador
Para grupos de hasta 20 huéspedes, hay tres habitaciones secundarias más pequeñas disponibles en el segundo piso. Estas habitaciones incluyen ventiladores y comparten un baño completo. En conjunto, ofrecen:
- Una cama doble
- Cuatro camas individuales
Se aplica un cargo adicional de 80,000 por noche para los huéspedes que excedan los primeros 16.
Todas las camas están preparadas con un juego completo de ropa de cama y una cobija. Cada huésped recibe:
- Una toalla de baño
- Una toalla para la piscina
Tenga en cuenta que para acceder al área de la piscina es necesario bajar dos tramos de cuatro escalones cada uno.

Requisitos de reserva
- Durante los fines de semana festivos, se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches.
- Durante la temporada alta, incluidos Semana Santa, la semana de receso escolar y diciembre, se requiere una estadía mínima de cuatro noches.
Toallas y ropa de cama
Proporcionamos ropa de cama blanca y toallas de baño limpias y bien cuidadas, además de toallas oscuras para la piscina. No utilice estos artículos para limpiar zapatos, maletas ni la cocina.
Si los artículos se dañan o manchan y requieren reemplazo o una limpieza que exceda el lavado normal, se aplican los siguientes cargos:
- USD 5 por una toalla pequeña
- USD 10 por una toalla grande o ropa de cama manchada

The stay at La Minchita property was excellent. The facilities were in good condition; the pool and common areas were always ready to be enjoyed. What truly made the experience outstanding was the care, culinary delights, and logistical details that Carlos and Carmen provided for us. Always attentive and with a positive attitude. Thank you! We only have a couple of suggestions for improvement: some of the mattresses were very hard, and some of the bedrooms lacked blackout curtains. We hope to come back soon to continue enjoying this beautiful place!

Our stay at the property was excellent. The place is very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for resting and disconnecting. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was always quick and friendly, he was waiting for our arrival and that everything was in order during the stay. The property is comfortable, safe and has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days with family or friends. It's definitely a place we recommend and would love to return to.

We spent a spectacular weekend. Carmen and Carlos were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. We loved the house. It has everything. It's prettier than the photos, perfect for large groups. We found everything impeccable. The pool is very safe for children, they enjoyed it until the last minute. We'll definitely be back

The place is just as shown, it is very spacious, very nice and perfect for large groups. Carlos and Carmen gave us great service and made our stay a thousand times better :) The rooms on the second floor are very different from those on the first, smaller and without a fan (they were damaged), we would have liked to know that before. Other than this, the stay was perfect

The property is nice, we missed the ping pong table, but we liked the facilities, the owner of the house helped us with everything we needed, a very diligent person. On the other hand, the housekeepers were a bit rude or perhaps prejudiced. Although we asked them for a change of attitude, they ignored us, which made the 2 days somewhat uncomfortable, but the owner of the house solved our requests.
