If you are looking for a great outdoors space and things within walking distance this place is perfect. We went with two families, 10 total and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for six kids and four adults. The outdoor space was so relaxing every morning and evening and the kids loved the pool. There are several restaurants, a small grocery store and a souvenir shop within two minutes walking. We were able to order pizza for the kids to eat by the pool while we were eating dinner at the restaurants. Also walking distance to the local swimming hole with a rope swing and horses by the road to feed. Driving into town is only five minutes and 30 minutes to most activities like Mistico hanging bridges, white water rafting, zip lining and volcano nationals park. Lafortuna at night was very fun we felt so safe walking around into all the little shops. Jimmy offered to buy us tickets to activities at a discounted rate prior to our arrival which worked great.

Jimmy was responsive and went above and beyond by leaving fresh pineapple and chips as well as accommodating a last minute request for a pack n play for our friends. Great view of the volcano and well located close to town and the river with a rope bridge. Highly recommend a day pass at Baldi Hot Springs.

This Airbnb in La Fortuna is amazing! The location was very conveniently located for everthing we wanted to do, but also remained private. The home was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. Jimmy was also very helpful in booking us some activities. Would recommend to others!

The house is amazing and exactly as described. The location is fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything in the area. Check‑in was super smooth. We spent hours relaxing by the pool hoping to catch the volcano tip clear of clouds for photos — such a great spot to unwind. Jimmy was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, organizing activities for us and offering great local tips. He even recommended a wonderful restaurant for a birthday celebration. We had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Jimmy was a great host! the house was beautiful and just like the pictures. Bedrooms were very comfortable and AC was great. The house was a great location for activities!

la casa de Jimmy en la Fortuna es grande, muy bonita, y está muy bien ubicada. Muy cerca de las principales atracciones de La Fortuna. Muy buena distribución de habitaciones, cocina amplia. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, Jimmy da muy buenas recomendaciones de lo que uno necesite como turista, responde rápido y con respeto. Muy recomendable, volvería al mismo lugar

Thanks to Jimmy for hosting our group of 8. The beds were comfy and the outside was very spacious and plenty of seating since we were out there most of the time. saw lots of birds enjoying the trees. Good location, driveway was gated and was very private; close to town , could walk to the mini market and only 5 minute drive to a couple of restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't have the best weather so pool was only used a couple of times. Had an issue with a leaking air conditioner and a faucet not working and Jimmy was made aware so it could be dealt with. Enjoyed our stay

Jimmy’s house was exactly as the pictures look. It was the perfect place for our family of 11 and the outdoor space was fabulous. Jimmy provided lots of information about excursions and assisted us in booking transportation. The location was excellent. Jimmy is a wonderful host
