This is a beautiful apartment a pleasant walk to the center. The place is as described and it was so nice to have a/c, access to a pool and hot tub as well as a w/d. We stayed for a week and appreciated that the place was cleaned twice during our stay. We stayed in three places in sma each for a week. This was the most expensive and the service did not match the price as there were a few problems with unsatisfactory service. The oven did not work. When the issue was raised early in our stay, we were informed that it had never been a problem and to light it. The only lighter in the home did not work. Ultimately, the oven could not be fixed and we were advised to make pizza in a microwave. We were also provided with three dishwasher tabs for a week stay for 5; when more were requested we were told to buy some. The closest I could find them were a 15 min walk away. Also, one shower drain and one shower head were clogged. All in all, could have been better.

This apt is an absolute gem, this is a mix between modern and traditional mexican architecture and style. The apt feels brand new, furniture & finishings are luxurious, beds are comfortable, it's fully equipped with top of the line appliances. It has a nice distribution, 3-3 very comfortable for families that like to travel together and spend quality time. It's a 10min walk from downtown San Miguel.

The apartment was great. The location is perfect, super central, which allowed us to walk everywhere without complications. Plus, everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Without question, a great option for staying in San Miguel de Allende. Highly recommended!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, close to a lot of great places to eat. Amenities were nice as well like the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

This space was really nice and very equipped with everything you need to cook a nice dinner or breakfast. It has a really good location and an awesome rooftop pool with cool view. The only problem we had is on our first night, a neighbor or a bar we couldn’t figure it out, had a really loud party up until 3:00 am. We had every window closed but you could hear the party. The rest of the nights we were able to have a good nights sleep. Karla was very responsive and had a good follow up. The place is 100% recommendable!

Wonderful, very close to the main attractions in San Miguel de Allende. An amazing place; we were all comfortable. It is beautiful, and every detail is very well taken care of. My family and I felt at home; we will definitely come back.

We had the most wonderful stay. From the moment we walked in, it felt thoughtful, beautifully designed, and incredibly welcoming. Every detail was considered — from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed kitchen and cozy living spaces. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Communication with the host was seamless, warm, and attentive. We will hope to stay here again and recommend it highly.
