Our experience was very bad, especially considering that we paid approximately $30,000 MXN for the weekend. The property had several problems: leaks, dampness in the rooms, showers that did not work properly, the entrance plate in poor condition as well as parts of the kitchen, plus damaged windows and walls. One of the main reasons we chose the house was the hot tub. We asked in advance for it to be warm, and when we arrived, they assured us that it was already heating up. The next day it was still completely cold and we were finally informed that the boiler wasn't working. Also, the water was disgusting, so we could never use it. We reported the issues and, although they offered another weekend, when we requested at least a partial refund, they told us that it was not applicable because we stayed in the house. We were several adults and two babies, and looking for another place to stay at the last minute was not a reasonable option. It needs maintenance.

The experience was excellent. The house was very nice, surrounded by forest and with a super quiet atmosphere that made everything feel very relaxing and pleasant. From the moment we arrived, everyone was very helpful and always attentive to our needs, which made the stay even better. It was a very pleasant experience, perfect for resting and disconnecting from the daily grind for a while. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for peace and quiet and contact with nature.

The house is located in a wooded area 15-20 min from downtown Avándaro. Perfect for clearing and resting. The house staff is always attentive. The house is spacious and nice .
