The Space

This spacious villa features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests—ideally 6 to 8 adults and 6 to 8 children. The master suite includes a balcony with a hot tub and hammock, while two additional bedrooms on the upper floor each have balconies with hammocks, perfect for relaxation. The ground-floor bedroom offers a private Jacuzzi for added luxury.

The living room is equipped with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed. Throughout the house, guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding jungle.

Outside, the patio is designed for entertainment with a 150-inch projector screen, a bar, a cozy fire pit lounge, and a small pool to cool off from the tropical heat.

Please note that there is ongoing construction near the property, which may cause minor noise disturbances. The natural landscape in the surrounding jungle area might also be temporarily affected by these developments. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

Location

The villa is located in Xpu-Ha, home to one of the best beaches along the Riviera Maya. It offers convenient access to local attractions:

• The beach is 1 kilometer away, with beach club access available for a small fee
• Cancun Airport is approximately 1 hour away
• Playa del Carmen and Tulum are within 15 to 20 minutes

The villa is just 50 yards from the clubhouse, which includes a full gym and a semi-Olympic length pool. Xalmar Beach Club is about three-quarters of a mile away and accessible to guests for a fee of 250 pesos per adult, with 200 pesos credited toward consumption.

Additional Information

A complimentary cleaning service is provided for every six-day stay upon request. For more frequent housekeeping, daily cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

Due to limited taxi availability in the area, renting a car is highly recommended. An optional rental is available for a spacious three-row SUV that seats seven people.

The outdoor pool is cleaned every three days from the day of arrival. During certain seasons, fallen leaves may be more frequent.

Xpu-Ha is an eco-friendly destination with infrastructure that differs from large cities. Temporary interruptions in electricity or water supply may occur as the area relies on local systems and natural resources. Our team is always available to assist you during your stay.
