The place was excellent, me and my group just have a few comments on it. 1. There was an additional payment that the host didn´t inform. $ 8.000 COP per guest. The service personnel told me they were going to refund that money, but then it didn´t happen, it was confusing, and not cool, as a group we lost some money there we would use for other stuff. 2. On the outsides, we felt in danger as the wind was so strong and the awning was moving violently, causing nerves on the guests. It is not a good idea to have that style outside. Also one of the ropes broke during the night. 3. In the night, a roof tile fell on the terrace, it didn´t hurt anyone, but it was dangerous. 4. The Main Room A/C is not so efficient, while the living room was at a good temperature, the main room felt warmer and wetter. 5. Finally, on the last day the service personnel arrived without previous notice ( we didn´t hire her). We felt uncomfortable and under surveillance for 2 hours.

2nd time in Andres place, nice clean and beautiful apartment to relax in Cartagena. Amazing terrace and pool to take a sunbath.

Everything perfect, the apartment is as shown in the photos, rich in detail, very clean and cozy, and the kitchen is complete. The outdoor space with the jacuzzi is wonderful, it's a great experience. The hosts are very helpful. We highly recommend to new guests! 🤩🤩
