We had a nice stay in San Juan del Sur. Camilo’s apartment was as described and very clean. He was very responsive to all my questions. Check in/check out was seamless-the security guard handed us the key. He provided a crib which was very helpful. Things to note when staying: There were no toiletries (shampoo etc) so make sure to buy or bring. The hill leading up to the apartment is extremely steep (think ski slope). We did it with a double stroller and little kids and it was challenging. Our taxi even had trouble getting up.

So sad I wasn’t there to enjoy but my family was so happy and joyful for the surprise, they even requested to stay one more night 😅 wich mean the did like the place c the host and the owner they were so helpful on giving instruction and attention 24/7 , the place was stunning , I do have a lot of picture and will upload if I can

We were very pleased! We especially liked the view, but the apartment itself was also very comfortable. The shared pool disappointed us a bit because it was a little dated and not as well maintained as we would have expected. The location is good, but the climb from the guardhouse to the residential building is very steep. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

Great place!!!! A view to die for every morning and every sunset. Camilo answer our request very quickly. My daughters love this place. Will definitely stay here again. Only thing was our stay was too short !!!! Thanks Camilo.

I had a wonderful stay at Camilo’s placeThe highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of San Juan del Sur Bay. Waking up each morning to the beautiful ocean scenery and watching the sunsets from the balcony was unforgettable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy the town, restaurants, and beach, while still offering peace and tranquility. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur and looking for a place with spectacular views and a comfortable atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again!

This was a last minute booking for us as I decided to extend our stay in San Juan del Sur. Camilo was immediately responsive and even let us check in early. The security knew we were coming and the place was ready for guests. We had a couple issues with the internet and tv and Camilo responded right away. The ACs are amazing as well as access to the in unit washer and dryer. The balcony has an incredible view. It is within walking distance to the town pier and tons of restaurants and shops. It is up an extremely(!) steep hill so you have to be comfortable driving or walking up and down that. The security guards are so friendly! Thank you!
