Otras consideraciones
La propiedad se accede por una pendiente de 50 metros con superficie asfaltada que conduce al estacionamiento. Recomendamos ir directamente al primer estacionamiento a la derecha y luego proceder al siguiente si es necesario.
Nota: cualquier vehículo puede acceder a la propiedad, no se requiere un 4x4. Nuestra piscina es compartida con otros propietarios.

We were very pleased! We especially liked the view, but the apartment itself was also very comfortable. The shared pool disappointed us a bit because it was a little dated and not as well maintained as we would have expected. The location is good, but the climb from the guardhouse to the residential building is very steep. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

Great place!!!! A view to die for every morning and every sunset. Camilo answer our request very quickly. My daughters love this place. Will definitely stay here again. Only thing was our stay was too short !!!! Thanks Camilo.

I had a wonderful stay at Camilo’s placeThe highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of San Juan del Sur Bay. Waking up each morning to the beautiful ocean scenery and watching the sunsets from the balcony was unforgettable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy the town, restaurants, and beach, while still offering peace and tranquility. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur and looking for a place with spectacular views and a comfortable atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again!

This was a last minute booking for us as I decided to extend our stay in San Juan del Sur. Camilo was immediately responsive and even let us check in early. The security knew we were coming and the place was ready for guests. We had a couple issues with the internet and tv and Camilo responded right away. The ACs are amazing as well as access to the in unit washer and dryer. The balcony has an incredible view. It is within walking distance to the town pier and tons of restaurants and shops. It is up an extremely(!) steep hill so you have to be comfortable driving or walking up and down that. The security guards are so friendly! Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at Camilo and Mercedes’ beautiful apartment. It was nice to wake up to such a nice view of the bay every morning. The apartment was really comfortable and it had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra towels in each bathroom. I’d love to visit again in the future and I highly recommend this apartment to all visitors.

Our stay was simply exceptional. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed; the property is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained in every detail. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and ideal for enjoying time with family. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and always available for anything we needed, which made our experience even more special. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
