This place is perfect for large groups. It's just like the photos. Everything is impeccable. Andres was very attentive to everything and his responses were almost immediate.

Excellent house, very comfortable and cozy. The beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean and Ms. María's service was excellent. She was always very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this house. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My worst experience was at this place from check-in to check-out. It took more than 2 hours to check in. I was coming in a van-type transportation service, and they wouldn't let me in. They didn't care that there was an elderly person (80 years old) in our group, which forced us to pay an additional cost for a taxi to the place of accommodation. You can't listen to music at this place. The security personnel intrude on your privacy. I received rather disrespectful and rude treatment from them. It's a condo with a lot of restrictions. Honestly, there shouldn't be apps like AIRBNB. It's difficult to get in and it's difficult to get out. I don't recommend this place for a family trip. It's very expensive for such poor service and restrictions. My elderly mother is dependent on oxygen, and they didn't give her the slightest priority for transportation to the site.

Beware of the lack of information in the list. The check-in was a disaster. In order to get into the condominium there is a long registration process at the gate (Not the fault of the owner but of El Peñon). It took over an hour under the heat. The list is not clear about the fees at the gate. It was basically another day's worth as they were 200+ dollars. They charge per car and per guest. Also important to know, the rooms have AC but the main living area does not. It is hot in there. The pool is lacking maintenance as there are several tiles that are falling. The house was clean and the lady who takes care of it was fantastic. She deserves a 5 star. Overall it is an ok place but the gate to el Peñon was terrible.

A beautiful house, very comfortable. Andrés, María and Yeimi were spectacular. We were very well taken care of. We want to return to spend more days. It was simply unique. Thanks to them for giving us a few wonderful days of rest 💝

The stay at the house is really comfortable, better than what you see in the photos. All rooms have their own private bathroom and are well equipped with air conditioning, a fan and a TV. The beds are very good and the rooms are quite spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and storage for groceries. The social area is equally spacious inside and outside the house, with its social bathroom by the pool, which is actually very well designed. The service from Andres and the staff was always friendly and proactive. They helped us get golf carts and do some shopping. The only recommendation to be aware of is that there are 2 steps to enter the social area without a railing. This is for the stay of an older adult or someone who needs it. The house is well located within El Peñón on a street that is not very busy. Overall, it is a 5 out of 5 house. Highly recommended.
