Beautiful 2 bedroom house 2 min walk to the beach, located in the Guasacate- Popoyo region. Amazing Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, air conditioner on each bedroom. You will really relax at this beautiful house, amazing beaches to visit, great surfing right there. Famous Popoyo surf break its a few minutes walk on the beach, and there is a great beach break right by the house. Restaurants in the area, markets, The area its super safe , also is 24hrs guard. The space The house its located 2 minutes walk from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, and spacious living room kitchen connected. The bathoom with hot water and great shower. There it wifi, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, outside grill and shower, spacious deck to relax, or just under the tree on a hammock. There are two houses in our property, next to each other but private as well. As you can read in the reviews its a beautiful place to stay. Guest access The space is very peaceful to relax. There are bars, restaurants, and a mini super nearby. Everything you need in case you needed something to cook or if you don't want to cook completely. Guasacate Beach is one of my favorites because it's huge and quiet. Most of the time it is with very few people and you can enjoy it in a quiet atmosphere. Other things to note It its important to note that as you can see in the pictures there are two houses next to each other, however the wall they share its the living room wall and its sound proof, so you don't really hear your neighbors, the entrances are on the other end and the decks are also private.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa! Espaço agradável, localização excelente, roupas de cama e banho limpas e de boa qualidade, internet excelente, bons ar condicionados nos quartos e ventilador móvel, segurança noturno. Tivemos o suporte de Mariana, do restaurante La Perla. Além de boa pessoa, muito prestativa, excelente cozinheira - vale a pena o almoço no La Perla! Agradecemos Margarita por nos receber! Esperamos voltar!

Very nice place with a very responsive host! Only drawback was that it was a bit of a walk to get most places. Very manageable though.

We loved the house The location is perfect, it’s close to the caffe and restaurant but also provides you quiet and peace when you feel like resting Margarita was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed

Buena estadia! Nos toco mala suerte de tener algunos dias sin luz pero fuera de esa excelente, buen acceso a la playa, muy cerca, en frente restaurante muy rico y bien atendidos.

Lugar perfecto si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, comodidad y seguridad. La zona es muy agradable y tienes todo lo necesario cerca. Benjamín es una excelente persona, muy respetuosa, amable y siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable.
