Let us make your vacation feel like an endless summer. Pura Vida! The space Welcome to Poncho's Hideaway! This gorgeous beach house is located in the very safe gated community of Hermosa Palms. The main floor suite is 2000 sq feet, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. The space is beautifully decorated with traditional Costa Rican style, while the outdoor space, landscaped with local tropical flowers, is just as stunning. The home has a two car garage, and a patio, the perfect place to view Costa Rica's amazing sunsets. The lower floor of the home has a master bedroom with queen-sized bed, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. There is one full sized washroom on the lower level with double sinks, and a large walk in shower. This space also has a kitchenette with counter top stove, as well as a small dining area. Off of the kitchen is a spacious patio area. All pots/pans, dishes, and kitchen utensils are available in both the upper and lower kitchen spaces. The house is only steps away from the beach. Our beach has very unique, dark chocolate coloured sand, as soft as snow. The beach is very private and secluded and is never crowded with tourists. If you love to surf, or are interested in learning, our beach has been named the 3rd best beach in Costa Rica for surfing! You will also find tons of wildlife around the home and beach alike including macaws, toucans, and monkeys. Guest access As special guests of Poncho's Hideaway, you will have access to abundant amenities to make your vacation perfect! Our guests have access to a beautiful private resort style pool, only accessible to those in the Hermosa Palms gated community. There is a full service lunch area for afternoon snacks. The pool is very family friendly, and has a specific swim area sectioned off just for kids! For the adults, there is a swim-up bar! As mentioned above, there is also access to our very private and secluded beach. Voted 3rd best beach in Costa Rica for surfing! Other things to note The entire Poncho's Hideaway beach home is for rent. However, if you don't need such a large space, we also rent out our top and bottom floor apartments separately! The two apartment spaces have separate entrances, and can be locked off from each other for total privacy. Please check out our other listings.
