Ocean Wrap

Our family had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We absolutely loved the privacy and peaceful atmosphere of Las Conchas, and being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This was a great place! If you live getting away from the noise and people, this is perfect. 5 star room for sure. Staff was friendly and helpful. The host was only a text away and answered any questions we had immediately. We lived it here and will go again

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were uncertain at first since it’s a bit further from town, but it was totally worth it. The condo was huge and absolutely beautiful but the most amazing ocean view out every window. I thought it was more beautiful in person. The pool down stairs was awesome and there was a bar to get drinks/food at during the day (huge bonus). It felt really safe and the beach was perfect for swimming/hanging out. The host was communicative, kind, clear and quick to respond. The guard actually checked us in, helped us find our parking spot, and carried our bags up for us. Could not have asked for a better spot for our weekend vacation. I would totally stay here again.

An amazing experience! The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect, and the host was always kind and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

We really loved the condo. The wrap around balcony was so amazing- we spent as much time as we could outside enjoying the views, the birds flying by so close, the ocean, and the beach life. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook some shrimp meals. The bedroom was nice and cool, and the the bed was great. Before arrival, we got the check in info as Sarah said we would, and Sarah was even there to greet us. She was so responsive and helpful! We have been coming to Rocky Point for 30+ years, and this place is special. We are definitely looking forward to returing and staying here again. Thanks!

Good location for special occasions

Beautiful condo with great views. 15 minutes from downtown making this location quiet and peaceful. Security offered to have anything we needed delivered to our doorstep.
