Laura’s Lookout was amazing! Perfect for our family. So quaint and beautiful but close to everything. The restaurant on site was perfect. Valentino Rental staff were helpful and happy! We will definitely be back with a larger group next time!

Great location … pool, pier, walking distance from airport (though you wouldn’t know it as we never saw or heard the small planes). The balcony overlooking the ocean was divine. Very responsive hosts!

We had a lovely girls trip at Velento Rentals. We loved the dock and the pool and it was an easy walk along the beach walking path to town!

We had an amazing stay at Laura’s place on Caye Caulker. The location is perfect, quiet and relaxing on the south end, but still an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants and everything you need. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and the AC was definitely appreciated after long days out in the sun. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the breeze, and the pool was a great bonus. The dock made it easy to hop in the water, and the views of the Caribbean never got old. Everything felt well maintained, and it was clear a lot of care goes into the property. Overall, it was one of those places that just makes vacation easy. We’d absolutely stay here again when we come back.

I spent a week at Laura’s and we all enjoyed our stay. We all felt safe and were grateful that the location was on the south end of all the hustle and commerce…but close enough to walk or bike to restaurants or shops. Things we loved: Laura’s provided good tasting bottled water, Nye at the office who helped us get around, the front deck and hammocks, the pool was wonderful and clean and not strong with chlorine, the sheets and towels were virtually scented free ( a plus for all the chemically sensitive folks out there) and house was very clean, and the mini splits were a lifesaver. Also, the beds and linens were comfortable, you can walk to the Popoki Bowl run by a woman who rescues island cats and the people were really friendly. The few negatives were some intermittent construction noise next door, and the sargassum that is becoming more pervasive bc of climate change. We figured out how to maneuver around it for the most part. The pros far outweigh the cons and thank you Laura!

Laura’s is the perfect spot on Caye Caulker: Beautiful place, ocean breezes on the deck, well-maintained pool, and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back!

Peaceful and clean. Our visit was amazing and the location was perfect. We were a short golf cart ride away from amazing food, beaches, and local life but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The property was beautifully maintained every morning and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The small puddle jumper planes flew over every hour or so during the day but they were not obnoxious at all. Our only obstacle was losing power 3 times during our stay for a few hours at a time however, we were notified by multiple staff ahead of time with the power outage time frames . Their communication was superb. The local power company found the issue and resolved it for any future guests. We truly enjoyed Laura’s Lookout and we will definitely stay there again when we return.

We had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and we loved adventuring on the island. Being next to Weezie’s and enjoying the daily yoga followed by a smoothie was a bonus. We recommend renting the bikes for the week. Such a fun way to get around.
