Excellent location, staff were all great. Especially Fernando. Communication with Christian was great. We really didn’t need anything because honestly everything was perfect but we did have a few questions and Christian answers almost immediately. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, stylish, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was excellent: close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still feeling peaceful and safe. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Check-in was smooth, and the communication throughout our stay was great. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again on a future trip to Playa del Carmen. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at this unit for a week and truly loved the location, the spacious layout, and the plunge pool, which made the stay enjoyable overall. The property has great potential, but several maintenance and cleanliness issues impacted the experience.

We have stayed here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent, and the complex is well maintained and easy to navigate. The hosts are consistently responsive and professional, which makes every stay smooth and stress free. This a wonderful apartment in a great location, the Beach is only a few steps away, lots to do. The host is very attentive, friendly and responsive. This is definitely on top of the list when returning to Playa.

The apartment is very nice, it was very clean, steps from the beach and 2 blocks from the 5th avenue, on the beach you have access to an umbrella and 2 lounge chairs, the communication was excellent, also has a bar/ restaurant where you can order food. The only drawback is that if you are bothered by the noise especially for sleeping there are several venues with loud music throughout most of the day and until 12 am some days. I recommend the place 100%
