This is a slice of paradise! Beautiful place with great access to beaches nearby. Staff are awesome and John made us feel at home. Rooms and common areas are clean and great for relaxing. Would stay here again

John’s place is the ultimate sanctuary for anyone looking to truly unwind. Perched perfectly on a hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views. The culinary experience was a highlight—the restaurant serves amazing food, definitely try the french toast, and the coffee is easily the best in the area. The natural soaps, shampoo etc was such a nice touch. Being just a short, scenic walk from the beach makes the location great. Also, they are amazing hosts!

The place was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The hospitality was excellent, and John was always kind and responsive to my messages. I truly enjoyed my stay.

This is a wonderful spot tucked away in the forest. It is clean and quiet and in the mornings you can hear howler monkeys! It's also very close to two surf breaks and the staff is very kind and accommodating.

The hotel facilities are very nice, it has very nice views. The problem was the location, they are watering the street and if we follow the address on the GPS it sends us somewhere else. It was hard for us to find the hotel. If you want to rest, I recommend this hotel. In our case, we wanted to visit San Juan del Sur. So it wasn't a good lodging option because it's not that close
