El espacio
Esta impecable casa fue terminada en 2023 y está diseñada para ofrecer comodidad y funcionalidad. Las dos habitaciones son amplias, con techos altos, grandes clósets tipo walk-in y aire acondicionado.
La iluminación y el ambiente en toda la casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños crean un espacio cálido y acogedor para disfrutar.
El área principal (comedor, cocina y sala) tiene un diseño abierto con techos altos y excelente ventilación gracias a un gran ventilador de techo, lo que realza la amplitud del espacio y las vistas hacia el bosque.
La casa está rodeada de árboles y plantas exuberantes y da hacia un bosque con senderos para caminatas donde se pueden observar aves, monos, hermosos paisajes y pasar tiempo en un área tranquila para sentarse o meditar junto a un arroyo.
Acceso para huéspedes
El piso principal de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con varias entradas a la casa. Grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio cubren el frente de la casa, y una puerta lateral principal con área de ingreso sirve como acceso al estacionamiento (ver fotos).

Casa del Bosque was a great choice to stay during our visit to San Juan del Sur. It is located away from the town and in a peaceful location. The unit is very clean and roomy and the pool was perfect to relax in. Shannon provided us with lots of recommendations and useful advice.

This accommodation is a perfect 10 out of 10. First of all, the road leading to the place is excellent and easy to find. It’s about a 10-minute drive to downtown. It offers complete privacy and features a beautiful swimming pool. The host is very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place to all travelers visiting San Juan del sur.

Beautiful Home, very well maintained with great Hosts who think of all details. Extremely detailed information with everything you would need. Fast response from Host. Superb Recommended. Close to Downtown but far enough it is private & peaceful.

Brett and Shannon were excellent hosts. We stayed almost two weeks and loved it. The pool is the perfect place to lounge and read a book, especially close to sunset. It’s removed enough from the town that it felt very tranquil. We walked to and from town a couple times, but I would definitely recommend having a moto or car to get around. Home is spacious, clean, and lovely. Shannon was very communicative and a helpful. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I spent a couple of super quiet and relaxed days, as planned. The place is quiet, ideal if you want to rest and at the same time be able to go to the village for a walk or to have something to eat, since it is five minutes away. And to complete the trip, they allowed us to bring our two little dogs. Super easy check-in and check-out, without having to wait to see anyone. The apartment is ideal, with two comfortable bedrooms and everything you need for your stay. The private and large pool. I really hope to come back soon. Thank you for everything!!
