The apartment is in an excellent area for walking and easy access to the public beach. The host's service was very good, always attentive. I recommend it.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable and larger than what you see in the photos. The central air conditioning is excellent, it is between the kitchen and the dining room, there was no need to turn on the air conditioning in the bedrooms because the central one cooled everything very well. The amenities are as described and the pool is super large, it has 2 shallow areas where children can enjoy themselves comfortably. The only drawback we had was that the refrigerator was damaged and we had to throw away milk and food because they didn't stay cold. They offered to change apartments but the other one required cleaning that they would do the next day and we were only going to change for 1 day, so we decided to stay and buy things that did not require refrigeration or we consumed them immediately.

Our family had a wonderful stay hosted by April in Playa del Carmen. The security of the gated community gave us peace of mind during our vacation. The house truly felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were impressed by how cool the house remained, even when we were out exploring all day and turned off the AC units. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the ability to wash our wet and sandy clothes after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, though we found the electric stove top to be a bit slow for cooking. Our kids didn't have much time to enjoy the pool during the day, but when they did try in the evening, they found the water to be too hot to fully enjoy. Overall, our stay hosted by April was enjoyable, and we would recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and secure accommodation in Playa del Carmen. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time. House was good and clean, convenient walk to the beach, private and supportive team on the complex. Everything you need on the house, beach 7min walk, car park included, great pool and amenities. Highly recommended for families. Thanks

My wife, 4 sons and I stayed at Abril's 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Playacar in mid-July 2023. Abril's and Erika's help went above/beyond (taxis, airport trnsfr, tour info...) The condo is beautiful and spacious. It gave us the warm "home" feeling. The living room is clean with 2 large sofas, a large entertainment center/flat screen tv with cable. The wi-fi is fast enough for all of our kids. The open concept kitchen has tons of dishes, pots, pans, all typical large and small appliances in great shape. The fridge, dishwasher are new. Cold AC in all rooms. The bedrooms were huge, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. Two of the bedrooms and the living room each have their own separate balconies! The master includes a large walk-through closet with many drawers, shelves and hanger rods. The two bathrooms were large, clean, and modern. The highly secure complex has lots of maintained greenery and open space. The pool was clean and quiet. We'll return!

Lovely, safe condominium in Paseo del Sol, a gated community that is also located in the gated community of Playacar. Security is pretty tight, which we appreciated, especially on our first trip to the Cancun area. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and having the concierge to answer questions and make reservations, etc. was a huge plus. We were able to wall everywhere and taxis are available across the street. Probably the best airbnb we have ever stayed at.
