Casa Zaragoza está ubicada a solo tres cuadras de la Calle La Calzada. Su diseño ecléctico combina el estilo colonial que caracteriza a Granada con influencias marroquíes del Medio Oriente. Rodeada de exuberante vegetación, la piscina crea un oasis de tranquilidad y complementa el elegante diseño de la villa.
Cada espacio de la propiedad ha sido cuidadosamente dispuesto para brindar comodidad y sofisticación a los huéspedes.
El espacio
Bienvenido a una de las casas más glamorosas, lujosas y relajadas de Granada, ubicada en el corazón de esta encantadora ciudad colonial.
Casa Zagora evoca el glamour palaciego mediante su combinación del carácter colonial de Granada y detalles de inspiración marroquí. La exuberante vegetación rodea la piscina y realza la atmósfera refinada de la villa.
Las tres habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso. Cada una es fresca, luminosa y espaciosa, con un baño extragrande para mayor comodidad.
La villa está amueblada con antigüedades y decoración cuidadosamente seleccionadas de artistas y artesanos locales. Despierte con la luz del sol, baje las escaleras y disfrute de una taza de café nicaragüense junto a la piscina.
La villa tiene capacidad para hasta seis huéspedes. Cada habitación incluye:

- Una ducha con agua caliente y fría
La cocina totalmente equipada incluye todo lo necesario para preparar comidas.

As advertised. The house and pool were beautiful and the pool is almost a necessity after a day walking the streets of Granada. The house was our favorite part of our stay in the city. Walking distance to all the main sites and plenty of restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again if ever in town.

The house was nice as the pictures. It needs more lighting in the kitchen and there is no tv at all . At least one would have been nice! The gate lock was hard to open.

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous Moroccan elements that made the whole stay feel special. The pool was a highlight, especially during the hot weather, and the gated, private setting made everything feel peaceful and secure. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were spacious, and the mini splits kept each room cool and comfortable. For the price, this is easily one of the best stays you could have in Nicaragua.

This home was even better in person. The pictures do no justice. It was perfect for our family of five and felt like we were nestled in our very own paradise. We arrived late at night and it was a bit difficult to find. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We felt secure and safe and Christian was courteous and professional. The surrounding area is a bit run down, but the locals were welcoming and pleasant. It is within walking distance to all the restaurants, cathedral and the Central Park. Maria our housekeeper was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Having a bathroom on every room was ideal. Having a pool accessible and all to ourselves was perfect when traveling with children. I can’t wait to return to Nicaragua and stay in this beautiful home once again. Thank you for allowing us to create beautiful memories here.

It was such a beautiful large, place and the decor was excellent. Had all the kitchen needs. The pool open to the night sky was magical. Large Beds comfortable and clean. The host always responded to needs. A little tricky to get to with the google map app not showing accurate streets. The Host was ready with staff to greet us though. We would stay again. Thanks

We had a great couple of days at the property. The host was very accommodating as we arrived an hour and a half early to the property and were allowed to go in. This is a stunning accommodation and true to the photos. Downstairs is very open plan and has a very grandeur feel. All the bedrooms upstairs are lovely large rooms and everything worked as it should. The property is within walking distance of the main square. Thank you for having us 😃
