Cesar y Samira personas muy amables, siempre atendieron las necesidades. Hubieron problemas con la cerradura el tiempo que utilizamos el alojamiento, sin embargo nos ayudaron cada vez que lo necesitamos. La casa muy agradable y cómoda, el lugar es tranquilo, permite que se pueda descansar. Cabe mencionar que el parqueo es un poco incómodo ya que se comparte con otro alojamiento. Muy agradecidos por permitirnos alojarnos en su espacio.

Una casa muy amplia con múltiples habitaciones accesibles y con sus respectivas acomodaciones, eso sí, solo hay 1 baño. Al frente de la casa hay como otro apartamento. La entrada/portón principal te lleva como a un barrio interno y estrecho, por lo que puede ser incómodo a la hora de llevar carros grandes y además la entrada es inclinada. En su momento el portón no funcionaba y había que manipularlo manualmente, no cerraba completamente lo cual era un poco disfuncional para nosotros ya que llevamos mascotas y a cm mencioné, la casa es compartida dentro de ese barrio interno, más sin embargo el host nos dio una solución de cómo hacerlo. Si quieren cocinar y demás deben de llevar su propio aceite y condimentos básicos ya que no ofrecen. El barrio es muy familiar por lo que no es algo muy privado ni alejado para que lo consideren. En cuanto a las camas y el resto todo estuvo muy bien.

La estancia fue en general buena, pero tuvimos algunos inconvenientes: la regadera no funcionaba correctamente y provocó una fuga con ruido de la bomba durante la noche, una puerta de la cochera no cerraba bien y el estacionamiento resultó reducido y difícil de maniobrar para un grupo grande. Con mejor mantenimiento, el lugar puede mejorar mucho. Aún así disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y Cesar estuvo al pendiente para ayudarnos a resolver los inconvenientes.

We didn’t end up staying the night. When we arrived the neighborhood made us feel unsafe. We have stayed in many different areas of San Jose and always felt very comfortable. Unfortunately this was not the case.
