Welcome to your seaside retreat in "Condominio La Talanguera," an exclusive beachfront property in San Juan del Sur. This 4th-floor apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with breathtaking ocean views.

Start your day with coffee on the balcony while enjoying stunning vistas of the ocean and mountains. The spacious living room features cable TV and WiFi, providing a comfortable place to relax. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds, ideal for families or groups of friends.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or opt for a private local cook to serve fresh seafood dishes. The Clubhouse amenities include a barbecue area, an infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, and direct access to the beach—perfect for swimming, shell collecting, or walking into town.

The property is just a short stroll from downtown San Juan del Sur, where you can find a variety of restaurants, surf shops, yoga studios, and more. Convenient parking and elevator access are available for your ease.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the apartment and shared common areas, except for the owner's closet. Upon arrival, the security guard will verify your passport ID and provide a parking ID card for your vehicle. Your parking spot corresponds to your apartment number. Additional parking may be available for a small daily fee upon request.

Please respect the condominium’s rules of conduct and the specific house rules provided before booking.

Important Information

You are renting within a gated condominium complex, "Condominios La Talanguera," which has its own regulations for common areas alongside our house rules. Before arrival, we require the full names, ages, and passport photos of all guests, including minors.

Any damage caused to common areas must be repaired or replaced at the renter’s expense through the condominium office located at the south end of the building.

Electricity and Water

Power and water outages can occasionally occur in Nicaragua. The condominium is equipped with a water cistern and an emergency generator for such instances. If electricity is out for more than five minutes, please contact us immediately and avoid tampering with breakers.

Please use electrical appliances responsibly and turn them off when not in use. Short-term rentals include an allowance of 10 kWh per day; any usage beyond this will be charged at $0.30 per kWh, payable before checkout. Long-term tenants are responsible for full electricity costs. We document meter readings at check-in and check-out.

Additional Notes

• The building has an elevator; please do not use it with wet clothing, smoke inside, allow unsupervised children under 12, or play with the buttons.
• Temperatures can exceed 30 degrees Celsius due to the tropical climate.
• Security features include gates, guards, and 24/7 electronic cameras in common areas. There are no security devices inside the apartment.
