Reglas de Playa Iguana

- Mantenga un ambiente adecuado para familias.

- Se permite un máximo de seis ocupantes por unidad.
- No se permiten alquileres de menos de cinco días.
- El horario de silencio es de medianoche a las 8:00 a. m.
- La piscina permanece cerrada de las 10:00 p. m. hasta el amanecer.
- El estacionamiento está limitado a un carrito de golf de cuatro plazas. No estacione fuera de su espacio asignado.
- Los niños menores de 10 años deben permanecer fuera de las áreas comunes después de las 8:00 p. m.
- No cuelgue artículos de ningún tipo en ventanas, barandales, balcones ni en las áreas comunes.
- Mantenga los niveles de sonido lo suficientemente bajos para que se escuchen dentro de su unidad, pero no en las demás unidades.
- No se permite que los huéspedes traigan mascotas.
- No retire artículos de las áreas comunes por ningún motivo.
- Cierre la puerta del funicular con cuidado y asegúrela correctamente.
- La administración podrá hacer cumplir estas reglas, incluida la inspección de las unidades del personal en caso de una queja o infracción. Si se determina que el propietario o los inquilinos son responsables, podrán aplicarse sanciones, incluida la suspensión del acceso al funicular.
Funicular y acceso
Tenga en cuenta que el funicular de Pescadores 22 tiene limitaciones y que los huéspedes podrían necesitar usar las escaleras para acceder a sus habitaciones. El funicular:
- Permite un máximo de cuatro personas a la vez
- Tiene uso restringido durante la lluvia
- No funcionará si las puertas no están cerradas correctamente
Hay 60 escalones desde el nivel inferior hasta Casa Chloe.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Chloe! Jenna was always responsive and helpful :) The location is perfect, close enough to walk to the beach & town, but far enough away from the noisy center. The place was super clean and modern! Loved the balcony and we had everything we needed. Thank you!

This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful even better in person. I stayed for 5 nights with my friends, and we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, and the host is incredibly kind, I would definitely recommend this place

Casa Chloe was absolutely amazing, even better than the pictures! The location is close enough to town you don’t need a golf cart but far enough away you’re not in the middle of everything. It is very spacious, has everything you could need and the deck has the best views! We thoroughly loved our time here and Kris was so helpful with local recommendations :)

Wonderful stay in sayulita for our family of 6. Casa Chloe was the perfect place with spacious bedrooms and common areas, incredible terrace with spectacular views of the ocean and tucked away from busy downtown area but easily walkable. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch - filled with nuts, chips, beer, tequila, cookies! Kris and Jenna are awesome hosts answering every question, providing excellent recommendations and being very responsive. We rented a golf cart but barely used it as everything was nearby - used cart to get to Playa Carricitos for beautiful sunset. Hiked to Playa Malpaso though wished we kept going into San Pancho (next time!). Enjoyed the less crowded Playa los Muertos which is a short 10-min walk from Casa Chloe. Also had a great time paddle-boarding and kayaking. Will visit Sayulita and Casa Chloe again!

Casa Chloe is absolutely wonderful! Our family of 4 loved every minute of our time there. The location is fantastic - views from the balcony and the pool were amazing. You can walk everywhere - beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Kris and Jenna were amazing hosts. They assisted in getting transportation from the airport and gave us lots of local recommendations and helped organize tours. Definitely recommend Casa Chloe and we will be back!

Our stay at Casa Chloe was genuinely exceptional. Kris is an outstanding host, always attentive to our needs and desires. The house boasts beautiful design, and it's perfectly located near local attractions, so we didn't even need a golf cart—everything was just a short walk away. We can't wait to come back here on our next visit.

Great host and GREAT location! Literally everything is in walking distance and if you don’t feel like walking the host can help you rent a golf cart to get around but overall you can walk. She was the best host I’ve ever had in a very long time!! 5 stars, perfect in every way really made us feel amazing.
