The Space
Nestled in the lush rainforest of southern Costa Rica and just a short distance from the Pacific Ocean, San Martin Mirador is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom rental home perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a romantic retreat. The villa accommodates up to six guests across three floors.
The property features a 30-foot swimming pool surrounded by ample lounge chairs and air conditioning in all three bedrooms. The highlight is the exceptional third-floor hangout area, which offers panoramic ocean views and a bar, ideal for relaxing and socializing.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, while the third is furnished with a queen-sized mattress.
Kitchen and Living Areas
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a wide array of cooking utensils. It is situated on the middle floor, which also houses the living room with a large flat-screen television—perfect for unwinding with movies or shows.
On the ground floor, there is a washer and dryer along with an additional restroom.
Views and Wildlife
From the top floor, guests can enjoy card games, conversations, and drinks while taking in stunning views of the ocean, including direct sights of Cano Island and the Osa Peninsula. During certain times of the year, migrating whales can be spotted from this vantage point.
The property is frequently visited by local wildlife such as monkeys, toucans, pizotes, butterflies, and frogs.

San Martin Mirador is situated between the towns of Dominical and Uvita, approximately a five-minute drive from the coastal highway. The nearest beach is just down the road and is often quiet enough to enjoy in solitude. Numerous other beautiful beaches are within a 30-minute drive to the north and south.

Everything about this villa and our stay here was exactly as we expected! The service was 10/10 thanks to Ismael amd Jonathan and this beautiful house has everthing you need and more..the view of the ocean and its tropical forest surrounding is simply awesome! Only a 10 minute drive down to the beach, grocery and bakery store in nearby Dominical. This is definately one of the nicest villas of the many we have stayed at in Costa Rica over the years. We would absolutely consider returning in the future! Pura Vida..

We were 3 couples traveling together. Tis house was secluded with amazing viewp ax9 I IIRC888888. The location was great. Only 10 minutes to Dominical and less than 15 minutes to Uvita. ikon 5u

Truly a paradise location! We stayed for a week and loved our stay at this beautiful house. It looks exactly like the pics. Very clean with lots of nice touches such as books to read and games to play and beach towels provided. The host met us for check in to walk us through the property and show us everything - that was appreciated. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay and the host was always quick to respond to our requests. Walk around the 'neighborhood' - the wildlife both at the house and around the house is amazing! You will see birds, monkeys, bats, geckos, etc. We had a sloth, yes a real sloth in a tree at the house for 1/2 of our stay - so, so fun! The view is amazing and we loved visiting several local restaurants in the area.

Everyone in my group agreed that this was the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The views are stunning and the house itself is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool so much and went swimming every night. The hosts were very helpful, with a local guide and were very responsive. The area is PERFECT, easy access to Dominical and Uvita! Overall, an amazing stay and we were so sad to go!

The house, pool and view was perfect. Well stocked with dishes and grilling utensils. Host was great. Arranged for a private massage on balcony. Did not see much wildlife as I was hoping for. It might be because of being so close to the main road, it might be because of my unfortunate luck 🍀! Never the less beautiful home and property.

We had a great time in CR mostly due to the amazing team at You Get Here! They helped us find a good 4WD rental and recommended top-notch services in the area. One day we had local massage therapists come for the 5 of us and that night we had The PrivateChef CR come and cook us a 3-course meal. I highly recommend both. The house is a bit off the beaten path and does require 4x4 vehicles to get up the driveway. because of that we bought a lot from the grocery store and took advantage of the great gas grill included with the property. It was just what we all needed.

The YouGetHere team was amazing and so friendly and easy to get a hold of and ask any and all questions! We enjoyed every bit of the property from the house to to surroundings and the pool was kept pristine. Was everything and more we could have asked for.
