A superbly equipped accommodation with all the amenities. Very well-equipped kitchen that allows you to cook properly. The pool and outdoor area are exceptionally beautiful and very well maintained. The location is 1A. Everything in Playa del Carmen can be explored on foot.

The condo was very well equipped, very clean, the pool was well maintained—it was cleaned every morning, and there was staff to clean the premises. The security, the people—all smiling and ready to help you. The vegetation around the property is very dense; it's everywhere. Truly a beautiful place. Walmart, mega market, beach, restaurant—all within walking distance. Near the famous 5th Arrondissement. I would happily stay at this condo again. Thank you, Mercedes, for your excellent service, and what can I say about Marcello? We had 18 bottles of water delivered. One call and within the next hour, the delivery was made. Very proactive. We even ran into him on the street; he took the time to stop and ask us if everything was okay for us. Great team

The place was excellent, however the bathrooms need some upgrades, kitchen was outfitted very well with everything needed however pots and pans are old. The location was very centrally located. Wish we had the opportunity to book same condo for next year. Furniture around the pool is in need for upgrades. Bob & Susan Johnstone.

A lovely place to stay with proximity to everything. We felt at home instantly. Mercedes and her team were always there if we needed any help. An extra star for Mercedes because she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable ⭐️

We stayed 2 adults and two kids for 4 nights. The place was great, better than the pictures. The communication between the entire team was very efficient, we had some parking issues and some confusion with the washer and those were resolved immediately. Very close and walkable yet quiet and peaceful. My only recommendation is blackout curtains for the bedrooms.

Absolutely perfect location. Close to everything. 24hr building security. Extremely professional, reactive, friendly and helpful team on-site. Spacious 2 BR appt. Well equipped kitchen. We have very much enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

We just finished our stay in this two bedroom two bath condo in Playa del Carmen & it was absolutely superb . The location is perfectly situated and very centrally located making everything easily accessible. The condo itself is wonderfully set up, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked & a huge Plus for anyone planning to cook, the living room was comfortable and inviting & the dining table for 6 overlooked the pool, the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The bed/baths were spacious & adequate . The entire property is impeccably maintained & the team around the building keeps the place spotless , furthermore my interaction with the host and her team was excellent as they were responsive, helpful and made the check in and check out process effortless. If you're looking for a spotless, comfortable and perfectly positioned condo with fantastic amenities and wonderful green view look no further.

The location is convenient and made it easy to get around. The apartment was a bit farther from the beach than we expected, but still within reach. It would be great to have blackout curtains in both rooms for a more restful sleep. The pool area is a nice feature, though it can get a bit noisy at times due to traffic from the nearby street. One thing to note is that electricity is charged separately — although I understand the logic in doing so, in my opinion, it would feel more seamless if this were included in the overall price. That said, the stay was good overall and we appreciated the space and amenities.

Mercedes’ condo at Via Tendenza was perfectly located for tourists in Playa Del Carmen. The location is outstanding and the living space is clean and comfortable. The security and staff responsiveness were excellent. I would recommend Mercedes’ home and describe it as having met or exceeded expectations! ~ Matt (Dallas, TX)
