The place is spacious and comfortable, easy to get to, and you can even walk there from the airport.

Very comfortable stay, spacious rooms with their own bathroom, nice garden, and Steven picked up everything every day and was always there for whatever we needed.

It exceeded expectations. Everything was super nice and clean. We felt like we were in a hotel. The only thing missing was that it was not closer to the beach, but otherwise everything was great. Very good service.

The house is in a quiet area. There was good food within walking distance. There was a great little taco place less than a block away. The host was great. Everything we needed was easy to find. I had one request during my entire stay. My request was addressed and granted within minutes.

Casa Areca was a wonderful homebase for our family vacation. We had a driver that took us on different excursions each day and look forward to coming back at the end of the day to this peaceful retreat. The energy is wonderful. It was so nice to have a pool available for our use and the water temperature was perfect. Anything we needed towels toiletries anything we needed Steven was there within five minutes to provide the necessary supplies to make our stay wonderful. It was also wonderful that every guest had their own bedroom with a private bathroom and there was a guest bathroom next to the kitchen. Even though we saw and did so many activities, I still arrived home, feeling extremely at peace and serene because of the environment, which Casa Areca provided for me and my family.

Everything was excellent. A good place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. The hosts are super attentive and very nice people. The house is clean and matches the photos and descriptions. You will definitely not regret staying there!

Casa Areca was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. Our host was incredible—she made sure every single one of our needs was met without hesitation. The transportation was seamless, the chef was ready and waiting, and the housekeeping and groundskeeping were top-notch. The rooms were beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable, which made our stay even better. Casa Areca is a lovely, elegant place with beautiful décor. The areas are spacious and very comfortable; you sleep spectacularly in the bedrooms. The pool has a pleasant temperature, ideal for sharing at the end of the day. The area is very quiet, safe, and super central. There are small markets, a currency exchange office, and drugstores—basically, everything you need for your stay. Juliet, our host, was always very attentive and responded quickly. Stiven is a very respectful and pleasant guy, very helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. We will definitely be back. 100% recommended.

Excellent stay at Casa Areca, a spacious and very comfortable place for large groups. Comfortable rooms and spaces to share with others. Very close to the airport, which makes getting around much easier.
