5BR Villa in Dzilam de Bravo

Wonderful, amazing, and lovely house on the beach, perfect for a beach vacation house! Just know that you are on dirt roads, with only 5-7 min hot showers, and no washing machine or dryer - all is absolutely not important to having a wonderful time! Just to clarify expectations for where you are in Mexico, this is remote from the city and a perfect getaway but you must rent a car to get to any amenities otherwise only an Oxxo is in walking distance. I had to ask the host for blankets for the beds in the house which wasn’t included. That was surprising given we had 8 people and a sheet is not enough for a person to be warm at night.

The house is excellent, just like the description, and Susana's service was great at all times, very attentive!!!

Great host. Had drinking water, ice, spices, cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, soap, etc, etc, etc. Lots of clean towels and bedding. Every room had AC for hot nights. Beautiful house with lots of space for 12. Large kitchen, dining, living space where everyone our group could gather but not feel crowded. 4 bathrooms for privacy. Nice pool for a cool dip on a hot day. Private beach with house away from waterfront to add privacy. Also, house is some distance from public entrance adding to sense of privacy. Susana was very responsive to all emails and was there to greet us the day we arrived to show us around the property. The house is located under 10 minutes from Progresso which made it around 120 peso Uber ride. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay on the beach around Merida and who has a large group that wants to be together under one roof. Gracias Susana!!!!

We stayed at Agua Azul the with my sister and family and it was exactly what we were looking for! The outdoor space is perfect for cousins playing, the pool was a hit and we loved collecting shells from the beach. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved sitting out on the porch and palapa in the evenings and mornings. Thanks Susana for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful place that we really enjoyed in an excellent family host , everything is the same as the listing . we will definitely come back. I recommend it a lot.

Susy place is just what we wanted ! a huge house on the beach with Mexican style! the place easily accommodates 2 families. we were 8 total and have plenty of space! my favorite was the backyard is stunning with the ocean right there! I enjoy walks every morning and at night watching the starts and the moon I was soo blessed to watch a few shooting stars!! I like is a oxxo close by and Chixchulub port 5 min away! You do need a car in that area as there is not transportation at all. the neighborhood is nice and classy. Susy was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. she was so fast to respond and very caring. I will definitely consider her place again! I just got back to Canada and I am really missing been in Yucatan!

Our group of 7 was lucky enough to find this house during the first week of the new year and it fit our needs perfectly. We were looking for an easy beach escape, close to Merida, in a comfortable house with easy beach access. The house itself was spotlessly clean and even more spacious than expected. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home and had all the amenities we could have asked for, and then some. The pool was great and the house has direct beach access, with very few other people around. It's in a residential compound outside of Progreso so we were happy to have a rental car, but ended up spending most of our time at the house because it was so lovely. The hosts were attentive, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would absolutely stay at this house again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable and relaxing beach escape from the city with a large group.
