The Space

Casa Cathleen is a contemporary, five-star villa situated on the marina side of the exclusive Pedregal development. It provides stunning panoramic views of Cabo San Lucas Bay and the marina, combining privacy with convenience—just a 5 to 10-minute walk from downtown Cabo.

This recently remodeled villa features seven bedrooms in total:

• Three bedrooms in the main house
• Two private casitas, each with two bedrooms and full kitchens

The 6/7 bedroom casita has an open-concept layout without walls between bedrooms and opens directly to the kitchen downstairs.

The villa boasts a brand-new saltwater infinity pool and jacuzzi, offering breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and downtown Cabo.

• The rate covers up to 14 guests.
• Additional guests (15-16) are charged $75 per person per night.
