The four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat features an open-concept layout, an infinity pool, a gourmet kitchen, custom furnishings, and stylish bedrooms with air conditioning.

Neighbors had loud music on till midnight everyday we were there. The property is beautiful, but the host is only interested in selling you more things. They will check you in and try to sell you tours and a private chief. Then when checked out they said we stained a sheet (not true) and they asked for $100 to replace it. We had a power outage for hours, when I finally messages they told me I had to go out to the street and climb up a hill to reset the breaker myself. No offer to come help. If you want to spend a lot of extras, and don’t mind loud neighbors… this is the place for you!

Beautiful space. Kids loved the pool. The view is great and it’s very convenient to local beaches. Make sure you have an SUV. if you’re not used to Costa Rican roads and hills, getting in and out will be challenging. The first time trying to find the space was difficult but it all worked out.

My family and I stayed for 3 weeks at this house. It's a huge house with a beautiful outdoor area. The pool and view were great. Pic Mar was very easy to work with also. The road getting in is a little challenging. But not to far from the main road. Shade from the trees and the full ac indoors made the hot days easy to enjoy. The kitchen is poorly set up to cook all the time. But it worked and was well stocked for a rental. This house feels outside of Uvita and is only 10 min drive from everywhere in Uvita. But not walkable to anywhere.

My family and I stayed at the house for 3 nights and we truly had a blast! The house is spacious, with ocean and sunset views. Super well equipped and modern but still blends in the wonderful nature around. We did some birdwatching from the swimming pool. Mare was so helpful and responsive! They helped us book a diner with a private chef and a private natural reserve tour. We truly had an amazing stay!

The home was in a beautiful setting with a gate around it. It was just up the hill from Uvita & Marino Ballena National Park. It was a convenient location for access to many wonderful things to see & do in the nearby area. Mar was very communicative and arranged our transportation to & from the home as well as a rental car that was delivered to the home. We travel frequently and Mar was one of the most responsive property managers we have met! My only complaint is the home could use a toaster oven. Otherwise, it was well stocked with olive oil, spices & even a bag of ice and fresh fruit to greet us! There were plenty of supplies such that even during a week-long stay we didn’t run out of things like paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags. Overall, a great stay in a lovely home. Thank you!
