This place is small as is shown in the pics but has absolutely everything necessary for an amazing stay! Close to local restaurants and night life with a private courtyard/remote controlled gate to park your golf cart! All in one washer/dryer was nice but overkill considering the place had a laundry room. The gated outside area was unexpected/perfect if you like a smoke in the evening. Green espresso and purple pelican were absolutely amazing!

Did my first solo trip to Belize for my birthday, this unit was super convenient because it was close to everything. The golf cart ride to secret beach wasn’t even bad. I recommend this unit to all solo travelers, it’s perfect !

This listing is in the perfect location of San Pedro to where your destinations within the city are walkable and if not there are tons of stores/companies to rent a golf cart. The apartment is convenient for two guests with good instructions and amenities. The host and his team had great communication and were very knowledgeable of the area in providing suggestions whilst on the trip. The only negatives were that the apartment did not have a broom to sweep as me and my guest would have liked to keep the floor clean whilst on our trip. Also lack of cleaning supplies as there were no replacements for the paper towels once the one provided was done. Not sure if the countertop was properly cleaned prior to our stay but there were tiny ants that appeared for a few days but once we cleaned it they disappeared. Smaller loads is definitely recommended for the combo washer/dryer. For future guests have your Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts ready to sign in as it is not provided. Thanks again Ricky!

Ricky’s apartment was AMAZING 🤩 I traveled solo & felt safe my whole stay. Located near soooo many things I was able to walk to a lot of places. Ricky gave me tons of great recommendations; also contacted me before I arrived letting me know ways to get there & even offering a ride. The communication was GREAT the whole time from beginning to end of my trip. The apartment is just like pictured 😍 ; it’s equipped with everything you’ll need plus moreee 😊

Francamente inmejorable. Excelente ubicacion, excelente habitacion con absolutamente todo lo necesario para una estadia. Es igual que las fotos. Es algo pequeño pero para mi era mas que perfecto. Cama grande y comoda (dormi como bebe), lavadora y secadora, asi como cocina equipada con lo necesario. Me respondieron super rapido, especialmente luego de un pequeño inconveniente. Ricky esta muy pendiente. Me quedaria de nuevo aqui, sin dudarlo.

Our stay at Embassy Apartments was amazing! The apartment was close to everything in town and we were able to easily walk wherever we wanted to go. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and even had A/C for easy cool down after being out in the heat. We definitely took advantage of the kitchen to avoid having to go out to eat every meal. Additionally, Ricky was an excellent host. He was proactive, communicative, and very responsive in addressing any questions we had. He also provided drinking water and laundry on the property that we could use as we wished. We absolutely loved San Pedro and our stay! If (or more likely when) we come, we’d love to stay here again!

Ricky’s place was exactly as described. Great location for the price. I was provided with helpful recommendations and everything went well. I would return to Ricky’s place. Highly recommend for your stay in San Pedro.
