Ubicada dentro de la prestigiosa comunidad Las Palmas, en la mundialmente famosa península de Punta Mita, Villa Ipanema se encuentra aproximadamente a 35 minutos al norte del Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Vallarta. Esta elegante y luminosa villa está rodeada de exuberantes jardines, fairways y greens cuidadosamente mantenidos, con vistas al tercer fairway del campo de golf Pacifico de Jack Nicklaus.
Una playa de arena blanca se encuentra a 190 yardas de la villa y ofrece un entorno ideal para caminar por la mañana, recoger conchas, tomar el sol, nadar y contemplar el atardecer. La propiedad combina amplios espacios y comodidad con un relajado ambiente de playa del sur de la frontera.

- La suite principal cuenta con una cama king-size, una terraza amplia con área de descanso y vistas al campo de golf y al océano.
- La segunda habitación incluye una cama king-size y acceso al patio de la piscina.
- La tercera habitación tiene dos cómodas camas dobles que pueden unirse para crear una cama king-size, además de acceso al patio de la piscina.
- La cuarta habitación es un divertido cuarto infantil para huéspedes de todas las edades, con una litera, una cama queen-size, colores frescos y una decoración alegre.
- La quinta habitación incluye una cama queen-size y una cama doble.

The pool terrace became the heart of our celebration, with unforgettable sunsets each evening. We also arranged massages at the villa, set up across different areas of the property, transforming it into our own private spa retreat. Margarita, Miriam, and Rocio delivered an exceptional culinary and hospitality experience — every meal was beautifully prepared and the villa remained immaculate. Our stay at this Punta Mita villa was absolutely exceptional! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and a peaceful, private atmosphere. The home itself was beautiful and impeccably maintained. It was spotless upon arrival, and the dedicated housekeeping staff ensured it stayed that way with daily cleanings that were both thorough and discreet. One of the standout features was the daily prepared breakfast—delicious, fresh, and such a relaxing way to start each day. The concierge service was also incredibly helpful, making activity planning effortless and stress-free. This villa offered the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and attentive service. We would return in a heartbeat!

Our family of 7 adults and 7 children (ages 1-10) had a fabulous stay here. The host and his support team were extraordinarily responsive.—from our need for cribs to promptly replacing a wine opener. We so appreciated the two women who prepared beautiful breakfasts every morning and impeccable daily housekeeping. The children loved having a pool and hot tub Right out the door. We arranged for two golf carts, which were perfect for taking advantage of the swim & beach clubs in Punta Mita. The older three could play on the beach; the younger four loved the kid pools. We also use the golf carts to drive to dinner one evening. While the cost of this vacation was not inexpensive, we all agreed the services provided and gorgeous property was worth the splurge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. One note: we rented cars at the Puerto Vallarta airport; however, in retrospect, we did not need them

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible! Regis and Adriana were so helpful in making this an amazing trip for our family. Their recommendations and small touches were thoughtful and made the trip even more special! The house and outdoor areas were so beautiful and perfect for our big family. The ease of access via golf carts to the beach clubs and restaurants was ideal. The breakfasts were incredible. Would absolutely stay here again!

Extraordinary place (Punta Mita), magnificent service at home, very good assistance from the hosts, excellent maintenance. The view from the house is unique. The house is impeccable, but it doesn't match what's shown in the photos. Example: there is no closet in one room and the sink is inside a micro shower. This is not acceptable given the rate you pay.
