For me, this place is 5 stars for its location, facilities, amenities and friendly service. I had a couple of issues that they resolved quickly. The chef cooks incredibly delicious food. Lots of extra points there. I would only recommend checking the audio system in terms of volume and quality. The audio issue doesn't affect the rating because it's a bonus, and they always tried to fix it. But if it were taken care of, the house would be even more amazing.

We loved the house. Everything is in excellent condition. The staff is very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The chef cooks everything deliciously and is also super friendly. The pool is very clean and heated. The garden is very large; it's nicer than in the photos. We will definitely come back.

A truly stunning property with breathtaking views. We loved the warm pool, private beach with kayaks and SUPs, and perfect marina-side location. The spa experience was also exceptional. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and Chef Miguel was incredible - every meal felt like dining at a top-tier restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Puerto Vallarta Marina. The house was absolutely beautiful—super clean, spacious, and even better than the pictures. Every detail was thought out, from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor spaces. What really made this trip special was the staff. The cleaning team kept everything spotless, and the cooking staff was incredible—every meal was delicious and felt like something out of a 5-star restaurant. The best part? The service. Anytime we needed anything, the response time was literally within minutes. Whether it was a question or a small request, someone was always ready to help with a smile. The entire experience was seamless, relaxing, and just felt easy from start to finish. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes, but this one truly stands out for the level of care and attention. Can’t recommend it enough—we’ll definitely be back!

It is a beautiful and quiet house to go to rest with the family, the hospitality and attention were always excellent, the house was always super clean, it has a beautiful ocean view, and the seasoning of the chefs was excellent too, we would definitely come back!!
