Terri was a perfect host, always on everything we brought to her. She was helpful getting us home with (too much) luggage from the ferry terminal in golf carts. The house is exactly as pictured - and the minor issues we had were promptly addressed. We loved the house and look forward to coming back again for a future vacation. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family trip (10 people, assorted ages) and there were the right rooms for each person, including our younger kids. The staff at the house, cleaner, handyman were kind and effective. thank you!

My family got together for the week at Matthews house and had a great time. We had 10 people in total and never felt crowded. The pool was a nice way to relax after our snorkeling excursions and having the ability to get picked up at the dock was wonderful. We really appreciated the hospitality and commitment by Terri to making sure everything went smoothly. She was amazing and responsive from the time I contacted her weeks before all the way through the end of our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here for any families or group of friends. Great location close to town as well as secret beach area. We miss Belize already.

The house was as presented and really nice, though it’s no longer purple. Terri, the concierge, was excellent and highly responsive throughout our stay. She set up some great excursions for us. Beachfront location was outstanding and we were right next to La Cala restaurant/bar. Given that we arrived close to the end of the season, it had more limited hours, though they had excellent signs the length of the main road!! No fault of anyone, the sargassum that rolled up on the beach made it impossible to go into the water. For future potential guests, try to time your stay when the sargassum is low so you can fully enjoy all the house has to offer. One other disappointment was that the lot next door is a construction site. There was no heavy activity while we were there, but it was an eyesore.

This place in Ambergris Caye was awesome! Great location and the view of the ocean is unbeatable. Terri was so great in getting us transportation and activities. All of the activities we booked were fun and the guides were awesome! Definitely recommend this AirBnB.

This Airbnb struck the perfect balance, peaceful and tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape, yet close enough to everything that getting around was quick and convenient. The home itself was incredibly spacious, making it ideal for a large group to gather comfortably while still offering plenty of privacy when needed. The outdoor space truly elevated the experience, with ample seating and activities for everyone to enjoy, including a relaxing bubble tub, a stunning infinity pool, direct beach access, and even kayaks for exploring the water. It felt like a private resort. Our host made an already amazing stay even better by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations and helping us arrange activities and restaurant reservations, which made everything seamless and stress-free. I absolutely recommend staying here, and I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return. This was our first experience in Belize, and our only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Terri is hands down the most helpful Airbnb host I’ve ever had. The service- from meeting us at the dock with our golf carts and carting our luggage, to booking our outings and cooks, to helping locate my daughters backpack that got lost at Secret Beach- was above and beyond. Having the private dock for pickup for fishing and snorkeling was so convenient, and the sunrise views were spectacular.

The house was beautiful and Terri was awesome. She picked up up and dropped us off at the airport and got us set up with our golf carts upon our arrival and had excellent recommendations. 10/10

Lovely home, beautiful natural surroundings and views. Peaceful, not in the middle of town but easily accessible by golf cart. Large home, perfect for 8-10 people. Great infinity pool and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the location with an infinity pool. We had a great stay.

Gorgeous home with an unmatched view. Rented golf carts and had a great time visiting local restaurants and markets. Had amazing excursions, snorkeling and fishing. Highly recommend!! Terry was very helpful and friendly and responsive.

I have been vacationing in Belize for the last 11 years, this stay was the best, I love the beach house and Terri is second to none as far as a host! I will definitely be staying here again❣️
