The Space

This tranquil and luxurious villa rental spans three levels designed for spacious relaxation. It offers breathtaking views of the ocean and jungle, with the occasional chance to spot a nearby sloth. The villa is exclusively yours and includes three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning.

The rental covers the entry level, which has three bedrooms (two king beds and one queen bed: Rooms 1, 2, and 3), as well as the upper levels featuring a chef-ready kitchen, an infinity pool with ocean views, a living room with a TV, a dining room, and a panoramic balcony on the 6th floor. Lower levels contain additional bedrooms that are not included in this rental and will be blocked off.

If you need more space, you can add up to seven extra bedrooms at a rate of $250 per bedroom for double occupancy. The villa is fully yours during your stay, though this rental is a partial section of the larger estate, allowing smaller groups to enjoy the property.

Nestled in the rainforest above Manuel Antonio National Park, Villa Costa Vida provides stunning views of lush greenery and the vibrant blues of the Pacific Ocean. The peaceful surroundings allow you to immerse yourself in nature, accompanied by the sounds of howler monkeys, singing birds, and crashing ocean waves.

Manuel Antonio is approximately a three-hour drive from San José International Airport or a quick 20-minute flight. The area is popular for its national park, beautiful beaches, jungle, and abundant wildlife, offering a perfect mix of nature and adventure for visitors of all ages.

Upon request, the villa can arrange private chefs, bartenders, yoga instructors, and fitness trainers. Although the villa offers everything you need on-site, tours, transportation, and excursions can also be scheduled.

Guest Access

The villa is rented exclusively to one party at a time. Guests enjoy keyless entry, programmable locks on all bedrooms, and room safes. The elevator is accessible to all guests, connecting the main social areas on the 5th and 6th floors.

Additional bedrooms can be rented to accommodate larger groups, with a total of 10 bedrooms available.

Additional Information

• Staff are present daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, including maintenance and security personnel who discreetly maintain the property and attend to any issues.
• For the 3-bedroom rental tier, staff will be present on the estate grounds during the day.
• A rental agreement must be signed before guests receive access instructions.
• The villa offers assistance with travel needs such as transportation, chef services, tours, and grocery shopping.
• High-speed internet is available throughout the villa.
• The backup solar system powers lights, some fans, and air conditioning in one bedroom designated as an emergency cool room for guests sensitive to heat.
