The Space
Relax in this peaceful and stylish home offering magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. The house comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. Outside, there is ample space to soak up the sun around the pool, along with a separate covered area designated for outdoor dining.
The main living area is spacious and open-plan, combining the sitting room, dining area, and kitchen. This space overlooks the pool and extends to stunning ocean views.
There are three roomy double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. Two of these bedrooms are located upstairs and provide exceptional views of the bay. Additionally, there is a fourth room featuring a television, a large sofa, and a slide-out single bed.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property except for the caretakers’ residence, which is located on the grounds but separate from the main house.
Caretaker Services
The friendly caretakers, Yader and Maryuris, live on-site and are available to assist with guest needs. Maryuris has access to the house for laundry and cleaning purposes but strives to avoid disturbing guests. She provides complimentary cleaning every other day (excluding Sundays) and offers daily cleaning for an additional fee. She can also assist with cooking and laundry services for an extra charge.
Yader maintains the exterior of the property and keeps the pool clean. He can also run errands such as picking up supplies from town or provide transportation into town on his motorbike, both available for an additional fee.

Loved our stay at Jonathan’s house. He was responsive from the moment we booked and proactive in giving us great clear directions to the property and a list of local recommendations. The home is beautifully laid out. The air con is a must in Nicaragua in April and it worked fantastically in each of the 3 bedrooms. The rest of the house got a little hot in the pm but we were generally out or in the pool. The pool was warm and clean. Our kids (9 and 11) loved it. There’s no shallow end but they could stand on the steps when required. The house has a lovely outside area for eating too. The location is great as it’s out of the way of the main centre which was fun to visit but not somewhere we would have wanted to stay! Location wise we had a car so it was a short drive to most attractions and beaches. And driving is really easy in Nicaragua. We spent a few afternoons in the hotel Franca down the road from Jonathan’s which has a great menu and pool. Highly recommend.

This property was amazing! We had a great time watching sunsets directly into the ocean from the pool! The property was quite and peaceful, but it was only 5-10 min easy drive to SJDS. It had everything my family needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend!

The house was exactly as described, comfy furniture and a great space to comfortable fit my friends and I. The sunset at the pool was amazing, loved how peaceful and the quiet at night. Truly felt like the perfect getaway filled with nature and amazing weather. Jonathan was great and super responsive and the caretakers on site were amazing as well and easily reachable. Would definitely book again!

Don't hesitate, this house and its location are exceptional, the welcome and availability of the staff is responsive, the location of this house will offer you exceptional sunsets every evening... you are close to San Juan del Sur as well as all the beaches...

It's a very nice house, Jonathan was very nice and the caretakers too, we would come back, without hesitation! The only thing I would change would be to clean the hand soaps a little as they were reused (great) but it was a little dirty.

What an amazing place!!! this was unlike any other place I've stayed. The value is unbeatable. waking up to the sounds of nature and the view of the ocean will be a lasting memory. The host family that keeps the house up was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend this place more.
