Santa Ana Guest House is a colonial house with a very fresh style, nice and cozy spaces. It is very well located in Getsemani, an old city, and is perfect for family groups. The rate is for a maximum of 12 people, and from 12 to 15 people, this being our maximum capacity, the rate is adjusted according to the number of people. During your stay, you can enjoy the service of our concierge who takes care of the general cleaning and the needs of our guests. The space The house has a caretaker who will welcome our guests and in turn will take care of the general cleaning, guiding and helping guests with what they need as well as the management of keys and security of the property. We are a tourist home, therefore we are governed by the tourism law, national police code and other regulations specific to our commercial activity. To register guests according to the law, we ask for an ID or passport at check-in, fill out the registration card, and in the case of foreigners, send the registration to Migracion Colombia as part of our duties as a tourist service provider. Our policy is to protect children and adolescents from sexual exploitation. Therefore, minors who are not accompanied by their parents or responsible adults or with their due permits are not allowed to enter. Only registered people are allowed in. DESCRIPTION AND LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE The house has spacious and pleasant open spaces that you can enjoy. It has 6 fully equipped bedrooms, two terraces, one with a pool with a 360-degree view and another pleasant terrace for relaxing massages. Other things to note The house has a caretaker who stays in the house in the service area, always providing the necessary privacy for our guests. She is in charge of cleaning, guiding and helping our guests with whatever they need, as well as managing the keys and security of the property. The house is furnished with 6 beds (2 king size and 4 queen size). If you require additional single beds, please request them before your arrival. Plan your activities, transportation services, cooking or shopping in advance to meet your expectations.
