Great Place!

Amazing stay

This place is as nice as described in the listing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many thoughtful touches throughout the unit (kitchen supplies, bathroom stocked, mats for sandy feet at every door) . Of course the view was amazing and the pool perfect to cool off in.

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Private location, very nice pool. Only negative I can think of was I was thinking from the pictures there was accessible swimming to the beach right out in front of the villa and there is not. Still a wonderful place and wonderful host.

This is truly a hidden gem. Beach access was perfect! Communication and service was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful with whatever concerns and questions I may have had. The only negative was that there was only one ac unit which was in the bedroom. Which at times made the rest of the apartment extremely hot, but there were plenty of ceiling fans. The jacuzzi and pool was literally steps from the veranda which overlooked the sea. It was PERFECT!!!

We had a great stay at Coral Bay! They made it super easy to get a cab to them from Tropic Air and was waiting for us when we got there to check us in. Also made it very easy to get a golf cart rental. The place was super peaceful with the pool and the hot tub right off the patio. Great views of the sea with palm trees swaying in the breeze. There were great bars and restaurants walkable from the place. We loved the food at Margie and Kenny's and loved hanging out at the Island Jungle at night for drinks and karaoke. We had a great time in San Pedro and Coral Bay made it very easy and comfortable to do it.

This place is a "find"- just like the pictures, we felt like we were in a postcard and we didn't want to leave! Totally off the beaten path, but close to everything. Freddie was there to greet us as we arrived and answered all of our (many!) questions. We had the unit stocked with food before our arrival (Lagniappe) and cooked many meals in our well-appointed kitchen overlooking the pool and the ocean (it was so fun to use local ingredients to try new recipes). "Happy Guy" at the dock can schedule any activity you want, or the resort can do it ahead of your stay for you as well. There is a full-service spa on the dock just outside the unit and Sylvia and Liz give great massages! It is a short ride into town on the golf cart to get to restaurants and groceries and amazing fruit stands (made smoothies every am). Also street food vendors everywhere! Caye Caulker is worth the trip - so much more we wanted to do, we cant wait to come back! Thank you Freddie for making us feel at home!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. We liked that the villa complex was small and quiet which made our stay very relaxing and less crowded. Convenient location just south of downtown where we were able to walk to restaurants and groceries. Elsa at the office was very friendly and helped us with trip recommendations and bookings. Most trips that required boat transportation picked us up on the nearby dock. We would love to come back to visit again!
