3BR Villa in Playa Langosta

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our entire family plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the trip. Was a perfect place to celebrate my MIL’s birthday!! The house manager Miguel was incredible from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, checked in often, and genuinely made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. He went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations and coordinating transportation and local vendors, including arranging our golf cart, which made getting around so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home and Miguel’s hospitality! 🌴✨

House was perfect for our group. Loved the outside palapa and pool. Location was convenient and near beach and shopping but quieter than town. Highly recommend.

This house was even better than we anticipated! The pictures just don’t do it justice. It’s big and open and just gorgeous! We were a mixed family group of 5 including older teens and everyone was happy with their space. All the rooms are much bigger than the camera can capture. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need including a million towels, soap, shampoo etc. Very clean with ice cold ac that can be adjusted room by room. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing. We loved all the cool animals we saw in the backyard including a huge red squirrel that loved the fruit trees, several large iguanas, hummingbirds, and a black and white kitty we named Dinah that was the sweetest and most friendly girl. Miguel was super responsive to all our questions. There was even a brief power outage and he immediately got in touch to let us know the whole town was out and make sure things were ok. Ultimately we cannot say enough good things about the house, host, or area. 10/10 rec!

Loved our stay in Langosta - beautiful property and the monkeys visited daily. Outdoor space was beautifully designed and furniture was comfortable to lounge in. Miguel was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again ❤️

We can’t say enough about Miguel’s place! We loved it so much we want to book for next year. We booked this place so we could have family time with our kids before we got married.l (his 2, my 2) We wanted our kids to get to know each other better. They LOVED the place, especially the outdoor space. We played games, threw a football around, giggled when a FAMILY of howlers crossed our rooftop daily and slept in the household tree. We also went ahead and hired a private chef, to come every morning and make us breakfast. This was a phenomenal idea that Miguel offered to us. It was an additional cost, but well worth it!! We are now off on our honeymoon, but I have to tell you, I truly miss that house, and the family togetherness. Hope to return in a year!

Exactly what we wanted for our family vacation with kids, parents, grandparent. The location was quiet but also very close to the beach and the town. The house itself is attractive, clean, comfortable, and user-friendly, with a great layout for families or a group of friends. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it easy to have a mix of privacy along with pleasant socializing in the common spaces. The backyard and pool were very pleasant -- especially enjoyed watching howler monkeys climb on the roof as we swam below. And Miguel was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

What a perfect place for our family of 7. The spacious indoor family and dining area seated all of us so comfortably. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities one would need. We cook many of our breakfasts and dinners with ease. Everyone had their own bed and each bedroom has a sliding door to the amazing outdoor space. The covered patio area has a huge table where we ate our meals together. The outdoor TV was perfect for our 2 grandchild to watch their favorite shows while we played cards. The pool is well equipped with floaties and lounging chairs. We spent many hours in the pool. Langosta beach is literally a 5 minute walk, Tamarindo beach maybe 10 minute walk. We had a golf cart which makes getting gear to and from a breeze. Miguel was our go to and such a great host. Always responsive and took very good care of us when we needed advice or any assistance. Definitely one of the best host we have had. Pictures are true to life but even more amazing in person.

Our group of 5 just returned from Miguel’s home in Playa Langosta. The home is spacious and comfortable with everything you need: thick towels, wager/dryer, comfortable beds/bedding and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The layout of the house is perfect for a group of adults with plenty of room to spread out, relax by the pool, take a nap or read under the spacious backyard rancho. We loved all the animals that came to visit us daily. A family of howler monkeys would cross over the house at least once a day and the iguana that lives in the roof would come out and sunbathe with us every afternoon. Miguel is a generous host, easy to communicate with and offers plenty of suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Bandera Roja and it was hard to say goodbye. Gracias Miguel! Pura Vida!
