Great house. No neighbors so privacy was great. Pool was great. Plenty of cooking utensils for longer stays. Bathroom were clean and evrything worked when i went except some fans in the patio but we didnt need them. I would stay there again

I planned a surprise 45th birthday party for my wife and all our adult kids. I found Elena's house, and it had EVERYTHING I was looking for. A private pool, extremely close to the beach, 5 bedrooms, and the best part for adults is individual beds in each room instead of bunk beds (RARE). The house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, new furniture, comfortable beds, walk in showers, walk around the whole house balcony. The outside is perfect for entertaining, relaxing in the pool or on the patio furniture. There was a new outside grill with utensils. Outside bathroom and shower. Just AMAZING! Pool got a little cloudy from all of us in there all day and night with sunscreen, messaged Elena in the morning and within 15 minutes she had someone there cleaning and shocking it so it was ready when we got back from the beach. The house is minutes from the new Walmart if needed. Elena was a great host with super fast response time. GORGEOUS house and location, definitely staying again, 💯 recommend 👌

I am lost for words, we rented a house and paid top dollar for an unfinished water leak repair that wasn’t finished, list as follows: DOWNSTAIRS: -toilet seat broken -no water pressure only can shower at downstairs shower (7 of us) & can’t flush toilets unless you hold down the button -curtains stained and cut on downstairs room -all walls stained & have holes or gouges -bedroom pillows nasty all yellow stained and blankets smelled -washer didn’t work ( I let guy know when he went to fix water pump that was running non stop -fridge smelled horrible -laundry room had sewer smell & cockroaches -living room has big hole behind sofa that looks horrible -stove hood doesn’t work -bathroom had only one towel -bedroom is hot ac vent doesn’t work (we had to buy a fan to push air into that room) -all downstairs was very dusty not swept UPSTAIRS: -all toilet seats broken -showers have no water pressure -upstairs sofa was dusty and had water/mud stains -rug, sofa pillows & smells

It is a beautiful home Lots of need for maintenance. All toilet seats were loose. Shower heads sprayed everywhere. Faucets loose. Low water pressure. Cigarette butts all over the turf. Pool dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Furnace filters dirty. The furniture needs replaced. The views were great!! The home is gorgeous. The furniture needs replaced. Elena answered quickly and was readily available.

I had a great time and have no complaints. I arrived late at night and Elena was patiently waiting for me to check in. I enjoyed it and the place is nice and peaceful.

The house was beautiful and spotless, it looked exactly like the pictures. The views were amazing. The house is walking distance from the beach. There were a few minor issues like the front door handle being loose and one of the shower heads leaking but we were able to work with it. We did forget a few items behind at the house after check out and the host was kind enough to meet us nearby to exchange those items. Overall, great stay.
