Sian Ka'An

This property is an excellent value! For the price, there's nothing else in Sian Ka'an (that I could find) which comes close in terms of the spaciousness of the property, having a pool, and direct lagoon access. The lagoon was magical, both enjoying from the dock as well as paddling around in kayaks. Totally serene. The beach sitting area and pool were where we hung out all day for the most part. There was a lot of sargassum unfortunately, but I know that comes and goes. The amount of trash on the beach is very sad, but the staff cleaned the area directly in front of the property daily. A note on the drive: it is about 90 minutes hard driving from the entrance to the biosphere, we rented a Jeep which wasn't strictly necessary but definitely made it easier to navigate the holes and make good time on the rough terrain. Simply put if you're prepared, the drive shouldn't be an issue. After all part of the experience is getting away from it all! Absolutely would stay again.

Incredible place, a corner of paradise lost in the middle of nature. A very high-end version of Robinson Crusoe. The staff is very attentive, the house is very comfortable despite the isolation and communication with Alvaro was perfect. The road to get there is bumpy and is quite long. That said, we did it with 3 children including a 4-month-old baby without too much trouble.

Absolutely stunning, peaceful, calming - this is an idyllic, utterly private retreat with enough room for everyone to have their private space. The lovely, traditional villa faces an extensive garden with palm trees, shaded seating area, a swimming pool with surrounding deck, towards the perfect sandy beach on the blue Atlantic ocean. A short walk to the vast lagoon reveals a literally breathtaking view where you can take boat tours to see mangroves, pelicans, dolphins, giant turtles, and swim in stunning coral reefs. The staff are so friendly and helpful whilst subtle at the same time. Alvaro is so helpful and arranges whatever you need. We love cooking so didn't have the chef but the kitchen was incredibly well resourced. I never wanted to leave and will certain endeavour to return in any way I can!

Excellent home for those who want to disconnect from routine concrete jungle materialistic world .. it has been decades since living in a place which is so much connected to the nature with 4 miles of private beach , no microwave so u can rather eat or cook the food naturally , no cell tower signals , so u connect to the world with host provided starlink internet, with each bedroom equipped with ACs, total home easily supports 12 to 15 people to stay , it’s a wonderful and one of unique experience those who want to disconnect from routine lifestyle .. the staff is very friendly for those who are visiting with big groups family and friends it’s a nice place from Mayan arch in tulum beach area it would take 90mins on a very bad rough road but worth the drive .. we would love to visit the place again ..

The perfect, relaxing vacation! Wonderful snorkeling off the beach, the most attentive and friendly staff, and beautiful grounds. The lagoon was wonderful to watch the sunset every night, take the paddle boards and kayaks and explore! The pool was a great amenity as we had some wind and this was a great place to hang without blowing sand. We walked the beach road every day. We felt so pampered. ORDER the MEAL SERVICE, all our meals were out of this world! Highly recommend!

Alvaro was a great host and the staff at the property were so kind and helpful. They made sure our needs were met and were happy to help and support our group in any way possible. Beautiful remote location. We felt like we had our own private island.

The house and property are magical. Extremely remote and the road to get there is quite treacherous- once you’re there, it is wonderful. We stayed put once we got to the property, but, if I were to plan a second visit, I’d ensure getting there and being done with the 1.5hr drive from Tulum to the property during the day. At night, the potholes and the dirt road seems way more diabolical than it really is. The staff at the house were super helpful and constantly working to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again with a large party - we had 16 people and could easily have accommodated 4 more people. The toilettes and bathrooms could be improved slightly but given how remote this property is I understand this request maybe beyond something that can be actioned on. We also leaned on Alvaro to plan boat trips and such, these were organized wonderfully and with professional providers who picked us up right from the lagoon deck (which saved 3 hrs of driving!). Great place to disconnect from the internet and connect with family and friends. 5 stars!
