Bienvenido a esta lujosa casa de cuatro habitaciones en el prestigioso barrio de Bocagrande, convenientemente ubicada junto a Mall Plaza Bocagrande. Construida completamente con mármol, la residencia combina comodidad y elegancia y tiene capacidad para hasta 10 huéspedes.
La casa incluye servicio diario de limpieza de 8:00 a. m. a 3:00 p. m. La persona encargada de la limpieza también prepara el desayuno para usted y sus huéspedes. Los huéspedes son responsables de proporcionar los fondos para las compras de víveres.
Hay seguridad las 24 horas para brindar mayor comodidad y tranquilidad.
Distribución
- Primer piso: Una habitación espaciosa con una cama queen y una cama individual, además de un baño completo.
- Segundo piso: Una elegante sala con decoración refinada, una cocina totalmente equipada y un medio baño. El balcón tiene vista a una piscina privada con capacidad para hasta 10 personas y ofrece vistas al mar.
- Tercer piso: Dos habitaciones, cada una amueblada con tres camas individuales y equipada con un baño privado. Estas habitaciones son ideales para familias o grupos de amigos.
- Cuarto piso: Una espaciosa habitación principal con una cama king, baño privado y balcón con vistas panorámicas al océano.

It is a 4-story loft. The rooms are spacious, the location is the best right next to the shopping center, facing the sea and a 15-minute walk from the historic area. Communication with the host was very good, we always had an immediate response, nice sunset view from the terrace, Keila prepared breakfast and lunch for us every day and helped us with the laundry. 24-hour security service at the door. We had a great time during the week we were in Cartagena, there is always something to do!

Our stay here in Cartagena was great! The location was perfect and very easily accessible to the beach and close to a mall with food options and a supermarket. Check in was easy and Daniel and Kayla met us at the house upon our arrival. The house was a great layout with a nice pool and awesome ocean views (the sunset was great)! Kayla was very helpful with anything we needed. She did our laundry during our stay and cooked us delicious breakfasts each morning we were there. We also booked airport transportation and a private city tour which were fantastic. The communication was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again in Cartagena!

The house was incredibly spacious with plenty of beds and a beautiful view. The host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions right away. The overnight security made us feel safe and well-protected. The location is fantastic—you’re in the center of everything and just a short drive to the city center. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cartagena!

Good location in Boca Grande and easy 20 min walk to Historic Downtown. Responsive and helpful host - helped us book an awesome scuba outing. Lots of space to host a big group in Cartagena.
