Bienvenido a Casa California, una casa contemporánea nueva de más de 2400 pies cuadrados dentro de la comunidad privada y cerrada de Hacienda Iguana, ubicada cerca del restaurante Pili's Beach Club frente a la famosa rompiente de surf Playa Colorados.
A solo unos pasos de la playa Colorados, esta casa contemporánea cuenta con una isla grande con asientos, además de hermosos muebles modernos en todo el espacio.
El diseño de planta abierta incluye:
- Sala de estar espaciosa con televisión de gran formato, ideal para ver deportes los fines de semana
- Comedor separado
Esta casa de lujo tiene una hermosa piscina con ducha exterior junto a un amplio patio privado cerrado con césped y un paisaje colorido.
Las obras fotográficas en las paredes muestran la vibra nicaragüense capturada por el fotógrafo nicaragüense Jersson Barboza.
Para su seguridad, hay cámaras alrededor del perímetro de la casa.
Se incluye servicio diario de limpieza y lavandería.
Alojamiento
Esta casa puede alojar hasta 5 adultos en dos suites independientes que dan a la piscina:
- Suite #1: cama King size
- Suite #2: dos camas individuales (que pueden unirse para formar una cama King) más una cama nido separada
Ambas suites cuentan con aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, tocadores con armario y cajas fuertes privadas.

Adam was an absolutely exceptional host, and this was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. We’re repeat guests, and there’s a reason we chose to come back. The house is beautiful, spotless, luxurious, and perfectly located — literally about one minute from Playa Colorado — making it incredibly easy to get to the surf whenever we wanted. For a surf trip, the location honestly couldn’t be better. What really separates Adam is how proactive and helpful he is throughout the entire stay. Anything we needed, he was immediately there to help. One member of our crew had a significant flight delay, and Adam went above and beyond by connecting him with a reliable driver and helping us work through the logistics without any stress. Fantastic stay! The house was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and you couldn't beat the location—just steps away from the surf beach and beach club. The host was incredibly attentive and provided great communication from start to finish, making the whole stay smooth and effortless. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Adam’s place. The location was perfect, the house and pool were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and dining setup had everything we needed. Adam was very helpful and a great host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Unfortunately I was unable to stay because the day of my arrival the host informed me nothing was working in the unit. Not the tv , air condition, nothing that requires a generator. The conclusion was draw that he would cancel and refund me but didn’t do so until I involved Airbnb. I understand things happen as I am an Airbnb host as well. But helping the tenant locate another accommodation would’ve been extremely helpful and considerate. Never the less I handled the situation as best as I could but super inconvenient. I do appreciate the heads up until waiting until I arrived at the door.

Family of 5 and both the accommodation and Adam could not have been more welcoming. We have stayed in several homes over the years in Nicaragua and this place demanded CHILL from us all. The couch was so nice to watch a movie (not always a given around here) … indoor/outdoor living on max and the location to the beach and hub could not have been more perfect. We would absolutely return knowing a true sense of relaxation is awaiting us.
