The villa is surrounded by rainforest, which ensures frequent visits from wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, toucans, and macaws. While all windows are screened, occasional insects may enter. If bugs or geckos are a concern for you or your group, Costa Rica might not be the ideal destination.
To avoid attracting wildlife, do not leave fruit or eggs out, as monkeys can cause significant disturbances. Always clean the kitchen thoroughly after use, as even small crumbs can draw ants inside.

Had a lovely stay at Villa Mot Mot! The house was very spacious, clean, well appointed, and the fresh fruit on the table was a nice surprise. each bedroom had air-conditioning and the beds were comfy. Having a washer dryer available was also very handy for our family. Julio checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was as it should be. It was just our family and we had more than enough room, but there is also a long driveway and parking area if more were staying here. While relaxing in the pool, we saw all kinds of birds around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again!

Amazing stay and such a convenient location. Would not hesitate to book again if ever in Quepos. Great for a group and comfortable fit for 8 people. Super secure as well. Pura Vida.

Villa Mot Mot was much more than we expected. The photos don't do it justice! The house is nice, with all the amenities you need, and Julio was available at all times. We will return!

The house was nice and very big. We saw monkeys, toucans, hummingbirds and other animals from the balcony and pool area. There are a lot of exterior doors (at least 6) including a bedroom with a sliding door right out to the pool deck, this was not a problem for our family but something to know if you’re traveling with small children. The pool was nice and although other houses were nearby it still felt private and in the middle of the jungle. The team was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful.

Villa Mot Mot was a perfect holiday getaway at the edge of local town and the jungle. You felt very close to the nature and not too far from local services. Close to restaurants and mini-supermarkets. The private waterfall was unic and special. The steep elevation changes were introduced to us as new to Costa Rica, but that is nothing special in this area. We got used to it in no time. I can recommend. The monkeys were cute.

This is a stunning property in a stunning location! So awesome here! Pros: Beautiful rainforest surroundings with awesome wildlife (toucans, macaws, and a monkey all seen from our pool) Great pool, with shallower small pool for kids Felt private despite being close to one other property Gated security Large indoor space Great bathrooms Strong air conditioners in each room 5 minute walk to bus stop, making it cheap and easy to get to Manuel Antonio Fresh fruit on the table is a welcome treat Cons: Locks on sliding glass doors felt insecure

Genuinely the coolest place I've ever stayed. Went with a few friends from college and had so much fun. The house is incredible and was located perfectly for viewing wildlife. Highly recommend !
