Everything is very nice, the house is very nice, everything is excellent

This place checks all the boxes, which made for an epic trip with 5 of my good friends.

Awesome location. Beautiful landscaping and well cared for property. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked with good cooking utensil. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Communication with Host was excellent!

We had a great time staying at Hacienda Colorado. The home had ample space for the five of us and the location could not have been any better, front row to Colorado's surf break. Seth and Lindsey were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the amount of detail and assistance we received during the entire struggle trying to get into Nicaragua because if covid restrictions was remarkable. Looking back at all of the email correspondence exceeded my expectations and it was easy to understand early on this on-site teams customer service was exceptional. The daily services tht were included was a very nice touch and we appreciate Marta's hard work as well as the landscape/pool tech and nightly security personnel We cannot wait until our next trip in May. A huge "Thank You" to both Seth and Lindsey for your help as we all look forward to our new found friendship. Andy, Bill, Dan, Andre and Derek
