Esta villa única de 5,500 pies cuadrados cuenta con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños. Una enorme terraza extendida que rodea la propiedad ofrece vistas panorámicas del océano con olas rompiendo. Las puertas corredizas integran el exterior con el interior, y la cocina está diseñada a medida. Decorada profesionalmente y completamente equipada.
La propiedad tiene 4 camas y el edificio ofrece amenidades estilo resort:
- Múltiples piscinas
- Jacuzzi
- Áreas para barbacoa
- Fogata
Espacios y comodidades
El espacio privado con entrada cerrada brinda paz y tranquilidad. Al entrar, un arte en mármol personalizado te da la bienvenida. A la izquierda está una amplia sala y comedor que se abren a la terraza envolvente. Las palabras no pueden describir las vistas panorámicas del océano y la playa desde este pedazo de paraíso.
La cocina abierta y espaciosa está completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama. Un largo pasillo conduce a las 3 habitaciones:
- La tercera habitación tiene una cama king y acceso directo al tercer baño.
- La segunda habitación cuenta con 2 camas queen y baño privado con tina de hidromasaje.
- La amplia habitación principal tiene vestidor, ducha doble personalizada y vistas increíbles al océano. Hay una cama queen.
Tanto la habitación principal como la segunda se conectan a la terraza. Incontables camas de día, hamacas y áreas de descanso hacen de la terraza un estado zen de relajación. También hay una fogata en una esquina de la terraza para mantenerte cálido por la noche.
El espacio total es de 5,500 pies cuadrados.
Otros detalles importantes
- Los huéspedes no tienen acceso completo al vestidor de la habitación principal, solo a una zona para colocar ropa y se proporciona un perchero adicional.
- El mantenimiento del jacuzzi se realiza dos veces por semana y necesitarán acceso por la puerta principal.
- La máquina de hielo en la cocina está fuera de servicio, pero hay una máquina de hielo en el área de la piscina que funciona y tiene suficiente hielo.

My family had a lovely week at Tortuga Bay in the beautiful apartment. The pool, the ocean, the beach and the setting were perfect just as we anticipated it would be. We highly recommend it!

We just returned from a wonderful trip from San Jose Del Cabo! A group of 3 couples, this condo had all of our needs and wants! The view is absolutely priceless and the condo has all the amenities and more than what is listed! Beds are comfortable, house is tidy but lived in! Just like home! The hosts were responsive throughout our booking process and endless questions as well as while we were in the condo! Lots of towels, beach/pool Towels, kitchen appliances and more! The deck is to die for and it’s hard to find a place with all that this offers! Friendly residents and staff all around the condo who all ensured we were having a great time! We will be back!

BREATHTAKING VIEWS! All the best, extremely responsive host even when we were slow to ask for things, Daniela responded immediately at all hours of the day. It was a very peaceful place. We were here in the low season so we had the pool pretty much to ourselves and my word, it’s a glorious pool. Gorgeous and high end everything in all areas of the house. Extremely great value, I’ve been to San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas numerous times and I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

The apartment is very nice, the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is large with a bar, the dining room is very spacious. TV and smart sound in all areas of the apartment, it also has a dining balcony and living room outside with ocean views, the pool of the villa is heated, the place is very quiet, it is very close to the main shopping centers and restaurants. It's a place you have to go back to on your next vacation.
