3BR Villa in Tulum

Michelle's place was the perfect stay for us -- in between Tulum's beaches and town but very private and quiet at night. The highlight of the stay for us were Gaby & Damien, our concierge and property manager. I have truly never had the level of support and responsiveness that they provided during our stay. They helped us book reservations at restaurants and beach clubs, recommended where the best places were for kids, pointed us to the right stores for us to get what we needed, immediately dealt with any concerns, and even brought us beach toys for our kiddo to play with. The combination of the beautiful home, easy checkin / out, and incredible service made this one of our loveliest Airbnb stays to date. Thank you, Damien, Gaby, & Michelle!

Our stay at Aldea Ka’an exceeded our expectations. It is truly a home away from home. Gaby and Damian assisted us with all our needs 24/7. Gaby is an expert of Tulum for activities and local needs during your stay. Damian ensured we knew everything about the home like your own from arrival. You will feel like family! The breakfast spread every morning was amazing. Thanks for making my husband’s birthday the most memorable vacation!

The house was lovely! Great surrounding integrated in the jungle. Helpful and friendly staff, quick to answer at any question. We really enjoyed the roof top with the pool.

Brian working here was absolutely fantastic to work with and extremely helpful with everything we needed, will come back whenever i visit tulum again!

What an incredible property! Not only was the location perfect, but the accommodations as well. The staff is responsive and they provided great advice relevant to excursions, experiences, and dining. The cleanliness was obvious and I really appreciated the design and comfort while staying in the home. We will be back for sure and we will be bringing friends. If you are looking for great access the the beach, the jungle, and the shopping in Tulum, BOOK THIS HOUSE. You literally cannot go wrong with this exceptional host and property!

Michelle’s place is beautiful, conveniently located in a 24x7 gated community. Beach area isn’t too far and there are tons of cute cafes all around her place. Gaby the concierge was amazing, she contacted us in advance. Booked in home messages, provided restaurant recommendations and called cabs for us everyday. Just made everything easy and seamless. Damien, the property manager made the check in seamless and was overall super responsive during our stay, if we needed something or had issues he was easily reachable. Overall had the best time!!

you’re having a bachelorette in Tulum, you need to stay at Michelle’s! Her house was big enough for us 10 girls and has security for you to feel safe. Gaby, the concierge, was very helpful in coordinating transportation for us all week. They also allowed us to do a late check out or even offered to keep our luggage in their office since our transportation was coming past check out time. I also appreciate the housekeepers for coming in and cleaning up for us because we were constantly on the move. Furthermore, the house was phenomenal with such great lighting and good views of Tulum. I definitely recommend staying at Michelle’s!!! 5 stars for everyone who is associated with this Airbnb!!! Hope to be back soon, me and my girls had a blast!!!

Beautiful villa and excellent guest services.

Michele’s house was everything we expected and more. Gorgeous house in the best location. The concierge and staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. The rooftop pool was a huge hit. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Tulum. I also highly recommend hiring Private Chef Moti to come and cook for you. He is so creative with his food. Everything from brunch to dinner was incredibly delicious!
